The beautiful King of Burrell sits majestically on a hilltop on the outskirts of Oneroa, with sweeping views across the Hauraki Gulf. With great indoor & outdoor living options, and views from all rooms, this is the perfect base for a celebration, a relaxing family holiday, or from which to explore Waiheke Island.

The King of Burrell is furnished & presented to the highest standard in a modern coastal style. The top floor is a large open plan living & dining area & kitchen, with decks front & back & views on all sides. The front deck has a great table for cocktails while watching the sun set, while the back deck has a large dining table & lounge setting, along with a huge umbrella. The views from the kitchen will mean everyone wants to help do the dishes!

The ground floor has a TV snug, along with the luxurious master bedroom & ensuite, and the laundry with a further loo.

On the bottom floor are 2 further bedrooms, one with a queen bed & one with a king single bed + trundle. The family bathroom is also on this level.

Set on a large section, there is a large lawn at the top of the property - perfect for a picnic with a view!

Conveniently located just 5 minutes drive from Oneroa village & beach, you are also within 10 mins drive of multiple fabulous wineries, beaches & award winning restaurants.

Note: the property is not to be used for any parties or gatherings. The property is set over 3 levels, so not great for those with mobility issues.

Stunning location.

Beautiful home with spectacular views, unfortunately our stay coincided with the wettest days in memory, that didn’t dampen our spirits and we would certainly return. A note for the property manager, when we checked in the cover had blown off the BBQ and it was full of water, did our best to tidy it up however it is still a bit water logged.

Very nice property

The propert itself and location are fantastic. The issue is the driveway and parking on the hill. Make it very hard particular with 2 cars. We had to leave one car down the drive so we can go out quickly.

A week with our grandchildren.

Phenomenal panoramic view and easy 15 minute walk to Little Oneroa or 5 minutes to Surfdale. Comfortable home and always a breeze because of its location. The shed at the back has no mains power and inadequate solar system so limited use.
