Nice getaway with family

Loved the location for the price and the cabin was very clean and it’s good for the family of 4 or 5. Living area has great views to lake as well as a nice sledging area on the right side of the home if you have kids who love to play in snow and are adventurous. Overall great stay and would visit again.

Great spot for a getaway with the kids!

Great location, very close to Snow Valley and also close to Summit/Bear. Good views of the lake, and a quiet neighborhood. The manager was responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. The parking is in a carport accessed via the alley, and it's just a few steps to the house. WiFi was fast and we were very comfortable. Overall, we had a great time.

Nice location

The cabin was very nice and well maintained with a beautiful view of the lake. My only recommendation would be to have dish washer detergent on hand, as we had to run to the store to pick some up. Other than that, everything was fine.

The view is everything!!

The place has the best view and u can enjoy it from pretty much all the common places in the house. This was actually the deciding factor and it did not disappoint. The staff was very responsive and helpful! The actual place is actually much roomier than I anticipated. I say 2 small families can definitely fit comfortably. It is well equipped with everything u need. We will definitely stay here again!

Big Bear Mid Week Vacation

The home has a nice view of Boulder Bay. The kitchen was stocked with lots of cooking equipment and has both a Keurig and small drip coffee maker. It would be helpful for future guests to know, that entrance to the home has a raised stone uneven pathway. Guests with balance and mobility issues need to know this. Weather in the first week of October is wonderful!

Great view and fireplace!

Great house with all the amenities, but the windows need attention. If you want the view that you advertise on VRBO, the windows should be cleaned as so...had to call the office to get some windex as there was none to clean prior guests smudge marks with blood and nose snot.

A wonderful place to stay ...

The obvious best thing about this place is the view and it does not disappoint. Just sitting in the house watching TV, drinking morning coffee, etc was enjoyable with the great views. However, there were plenty of other things we liked about this property: house heater worked great, a covered parking spot, comfortable beds, heat lamps in the bathroom, plenty of hot water , and easy access to Snow Valley, restaurants and everything else in the area. Check in is about a 5 minute drive from the actual property. We checked in on a Sunday and it took 3 minutes. Simple and easy. If you do stay here the one thing you need to know is that the entrance and parking spot is accessed off of Talbot St and not the actual street address of the property. We would definitely stay here again. It was our first time to Big Bear and we loved it. We are so glad we chose this place and would definitely stay here again.

Had to wait hours to check in and upon entering house was in completed darknesss and full of dust

The only thing good about this cabin was the view. The place was creepy , dirty and smelled. Waited two hours to be able to check in . Washer and dryer did not work. Ac and heater did not work. Even saw a ghost rocking in the chair in the creepy room. Won’t stay again and don’t recommend
