Amazing views of Vancouver

Friends gathering for a couple of nights in Vancouver. Great location and suite had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Host was very responsive.

This condo in the W building was beautiful and perfectly located, just steps from the waterfront and Gastown. The owner was very responsive and even provided portable A/C units, which was a lifesaver during a hot weekend in Vancouver. Check-in was a little tricky due to parking, but the staff were professional and helpful throughout the process. And don’t miss the incredible views from the 42nd-floor hot tub—it’s a must-see!

Our first night in the apartment we could see Mount Baker - the view is amazing. The balcony has a couch and chair. Ankit was very responsive.

Vancouver 2 nighr stay

Very nice experience. Modern apartment with stunning views of city and Harbour and mt baker in the distance two couples and we had no difficulties with the roomy apartment. There could be a few more utensils and towels in the kitchen for those who like to make a home cooked meal. Great stay.

Cozy stay with amazing view

We were very pleased with our stay here in Gastown! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It’s conveniently located right above a grocery story and a London Drugs. All we had to do was go downstairs and turn right. We were able to get our food for the week and bus passes. Our favorite part was the amazing views from the rooms. Such a beautiful little spot and the property owner replied to any concerns or questions in a very timely manner. Thank you again!

Everything was fine. The apartment is definitely dated and needs some fixes. Blinds in bedroom don’t work. The key pick up and drop off is a weird situation and quite inconvenient.

Overnight stay b4 out cruise

The property is nice. Great views and location. Communication was good, but picking up the key in one location and dragging our luggage 3-4 blocks to the apartment was a hassle for us at check in and check out.

The location was wonderful. There was a nice market and large drug store nearby. Also good restaurants within walking distance. Everything was modern and up to date. We enjoyed our stay.

Family time

Listing description did not meet expectations with the usage of amenities in the building for renters. Key pick up and drop is a bit inconvenient as it is off location of the property. the building uses a fob system which was not always reliable.

Review

The location is great with spectacular views, the building has security, the apartment has modern decor and everything you might need, it was very clean, communication was prompt and courteous. I would suggest that two sets of keys are offered and that the pick-up and drop off of keys at check-in & out should be done in the property. We did enjoy our stay, thank you!

Student apartment… Had to move to a hotel

Unfortunately we feel that the advertisement for the apartment did not represent the reality of it. We were not comfortable continuing our stay in this apartment and left after our first night. Firstly, picking up the key from a connivence store that is a 6 minute walk away is very inconvenient, especially at night with people sleeping outside the door. It did not feel safe at all and quite inconvenient. The smell of cleaners or air freshers was overwhelming and there was a smell of cigarette smoke as well as a smell of gas coming from the stovetop. Furthermore, the laundry detergent scent in the sheets was far too strong and created difficulty sleeping. To make matters worse, the blinds in one of the rooms were broken so it won’t close at all and there was no overhead lights in the room. Although we were told they have now been removed, there was a bottle of alcohol on the top shelf of one of the closets as well as another bottle in the freezer. Furthermore, the couch was broken and quite uncomfortable to sit on. For the price we paid to stay in this apartment and then having to pay additional to go to a hotel is extremely disappointing and frustrating.The property manager was great with communication and expressed understanding of what we had experienced. She had hoped that the property owner would reimburse us some of our fees we paid, but clearly the owner was not agreeable to any refund as communication was completely halted and no responses were received.

Great Location, nice apartment

Needed a place to stay a couple nights pre-cruise. The apartment was clean and the location was perfect. Was good for 2 couples traveling together with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The view from the apartment was beautiful. The only reason I cannot give this a 5 star is they should put information the property details that the keys to get in need to be picked up in another location, when you are arriving at night with lots of luggage that was not convenient. It would have been nice to know before getting instructions a few days before. Also there is only 1 air conditioner in the unit and it really does not reach the bedrooms adequately. The owner did respond quickly when I texted him about adjusting the temperature on a smart thermostat that we did not have the app for. Owner is responsive to any communication.

High above Gas town

The apartment is very well located. Gastown with great restaurants and stores is just around the corner. Downtown is within walking distance. The central location makes it easy to reach other spots by bus and train. The apartment has a great view of the surrounding city. Two things we did not like was the fact that the apartment was not prepared for us. This was made up shortly after our arrival within an hour. Definitely not enough for a proper cleaning. Another shortcoming is that there was no access to the Amenities room on the 42nd floor as described in the advertisement. According to the concierge, the owner is aware of this. Excellent

Stayed one night pre-cruise. Prior to our trip, communication was good with host; always responded quickly. I was confused about the check in process until it was explained just prior to our stay. My main concern was our late arrival and was unsure if that would pose a problem for check in. Key pickup location is open 24 hours so it was not an issue. We flew into Vancouver, took the train to Waterfront station and used an Uber from the train station to the apartment. Using an Uber was very easy since the host gave us both the address to the key pick up as well as to the apartment. The distance from the train station to the property is not far but using a ride service for the addresses made check-in easier. We had two elderly persons in our group and even they walked with their luggage to the cruise port the following morning. All in all, a nice apartment. Our group was satisfied with our stay and agree we’d stay here again.
