The Space:
Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom ranch-style home. Enjoy the convenience of private driveway parking and a one-car garage for our guests. As you enter, the foyer opens up to a living room with ample space and two comfortable queen-size sleeper sofas. Unwind in front of the large flat-screen TV equipped with Roku for easy access to your favorite streaming accounts.

Adjacent to the living room, you'll find a cozy dining room leading to a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Stainless appliances, a countertop microwave, and a drip coffee maker await you, along with all the essentials to get you started. The master suite features two queen beds, a private all-tile bath, and a spacious walk-in closet.

Another large bedroom offers two twin XL beds, while the third bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed. A utility room conveniently connects the kitchen and garage. An updated full bathroom with a tub/shower combo is also at your disposal.

Step out onto the screened-in porch and patio, overlooking our new fully fenced back yard. It's the perfect spot to fire up the grill and gather around the fire pit at the end of the day.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home and yard. Check-in instructions with a door code will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in once rental agreement has been signed and check-in information has been received.

The Neighborhood:

Today with more than 13,000 residents Irmo is one of the country’s most sought after places to live. Located off the shores of Lake Murray and only ten miles to Downtown Columbia, the capital of South Carolina, this town has it all. While visiting Irmo, you can shop at the region’s best shopping at the Columbiana Centre Mall, or take the kids to Frankie's Fun Park for the day.

Getting Around:
We recommend driving and offer parking for our guests. However, Uber and Lyft service our area as well if needed.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

We like to provide our guests with maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free self check-in. Just know that we are a quick phone call or message away should you need anything during your stay!
