Centrally located, it’s just 5 minutes from Lake Murray and 20 minutes to downtown Columbia, USC, Botanical Gardens, and the Zoo. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, outdoor grill, parking, high-speed WiFi, TV, Roku, and a large backyard with access to the scenic Fourteen Mile Creek Trail. We provide both professional photos and real-time images from our cleaning team, so you know exactly what to expect!

The Space:
The cozy kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials and opens to a dining space with a table for 4. The living room is just off the dining/kitchen where you'll find and a pull-out couch and desk for all your work from home needs! We also have a TV hooked up to WiFi and Roku so that you can watch all of your favorite Netflix and Hulu shows.

This one story home features 3x bedrooms and 2x bathrooms. The master bedroom has two queens beds with en-suite, featuring a soaker tub and stand alone shower. The second bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunkbeds which shares a hallway bathroom with the third bedroom with a king bed.

Enjoy the spacious backyard and beautiful trees from the patio. The living area opens to a deck with patio furniture and a charcoal grill. You have access to walking trails from the backyard!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

We like to provide our guests with maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free self check-in. Just know that we are a quick phone call or message away should you need anything during your stay!
