Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We brought a group of 6 and the house was perfectly sized. It could’ve handled one more person if an adult couple or kids could sleep together, but I’d not recommend going up to the max occupancy on this property. Property was quiet and clean. A member of our party had to work most of the time and it was a nice location for that. Hot tub and pool was so nice and property offered much shade due to its location. No BBQ grill which would have been amazing, but all in all a very nice property.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not given good resort information at arrival. Pool and hot tub over filled, dirty with mulch and heater off on restart lock-out. Arrived on Saturday and took two calls until someone showed up on Wednesday morning to make an attempted to clean the pool, but not done well and heater still locked out. Not happy the pool and hot tub were not usable. The cottage itself was nice, but this will keep me from recommending or coming back.

Needed a vacuum when people came to clean all they did was put chemicals in. Hot tub never got hot could use an instruction manual for concoction maker and should warn people about pool alarm

Fun Resort!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a 3 bedroom/3 bath cottage w/ a pool for my dad's 70th birthday. It was spacious and clean! Two of our only "complaints" is that there were NOT enough towels or toiletries for a 5 night stay for 5 adults. Each bathroom only had 1 small travel size shampoo, conditioner, & body wash. When we called to ask for more we were told that "they supplied enough for what we needed". This would not have been an issue, but we called prior to our arrival and asked and were told these items would be provided. There was a Target very close to the property so we went and purchased what we needed. We rented a cabana at the main pool & Ro was awesome!! We also enjoyed a delicious meal at Euphoria. Overall a great property, just bring extra towels and toiletries!

Pretty unsatisfied with overall cleanliness off unit inside and out.

Nice but with major challenges

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Experience could’ve been better. There were several requests made for repairs and hygienic cleaning. After sleeping in the master the first night, I realized that my sheets were dirty. They were full of dog hair and human hair that wasn’t mine. That was very digesting considering covid. Our hot tub never heated up, even after a maintenance request. I had several towels that smelled like wet dog. We did not have basic supplies such as paper towels, laundry detergent etc, which should’ve been provided as courtesy. We also didn’t have a pitcher for the margarita machine. The home was beautiful but the nasty bedding really put a damper on things. After that I couldn’t trust if anything had been cleaned and safe to use.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only minor thing is that the doors to the backyard open to the master bedroom! A bit annoying that people need to go through the bedroom to get to the backyard. .

A little space for relaxation

Wish they would have told us how to prevent the alarm from going out the back door, but we shared info with our neighbors over the fence (they didn't want to keep hearing it either). We also had to provide our own TP because they had "reduced maintenance in these trying times". That aside, it was a great stay
