With a vision to restore an early 1900's hotel with a modern twist, we've created a modern funky vibe, while keeping historic elements in every unit. Old bones but modern amenities like extremely fast WIFI and mini split heating/cooling. Free Shared Laundry Room. Shared non fenced grass area for pups. Private entrance into unit. Convenient to everything, clean and well-appointed

Perfect location for enjoying the 18 Road trails and downtown as well as a base for trips to Grand Junction. Very neat former hotel with lots of old world charm and character. Unit is well-appointed, comfortable and cozy with everything you need. The bike storage rack is a big plus. Communication with Rebecca was timely. Will stay here again and recommend to friends whether they ride or not.

Amazing Stay in Fruita!

The property managers’ communication and flexibility was nothing short of amazing. Our VRBO was so clean/modern and has some history to it which was so cool. We had a great stay!

Quick Stop

We stopped after driving from AZ to CO. Unit 1 was clean and cozy. The location is a block from good restaurants. When booking, I was unaware it was an apartment-style, but this may have been my mistake as the pictures are of a house. The property manager was very responsive and communicated well. We will stay again.

Lovely Space

Nicely remodeled vintage space, safe space to store our babies (bikes) overnight. Well stocked kitchen, nice BBQ out back. Easy walk to everything Fruita. Definitely would stay here again.

this is a great place in the heart of town. Very clean and very comfortable, four beds, bike wash, And walking distance to the bike shop and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Great Spot in the Heart of Fruita

What a Gem!

So glad we found this place! Traveling with pets can be tricky. This was awesome. So much better than a hotel. We have family in the area but because of our dogs, we couldn’t stay with them. This place is so nice, we may stay here with the dogs! The apartment was furnished with everything we needed.

Perfect location for adventures in Colorado National Monument

This property worked wonderfully for our needs as hikers and mountain bikers. at all the amenities at home. The location to nearby restaurants and coffee shops in Fruita was also a plus.

Bike trip

Perfect place to stay for a biking weekend. Storage for the bikes, hose to was off bikes and even had rags to use for cleaning off the bikes. We would absolutely stay here again.
