The Location - This ideally located 2 x bedroom, 2 x bathroom apartment faces due north and positioned on the Noosa River, with fantastic winter sun and water views. Double glazed bi-fold doors open out onto the balcony allowing uninterrupted stunning views over the river. Within 100 metres is the Noosa Sound boutique complex with general store, restaurants, and cafe. It is a pleasant 10-minute walk on flat pathway to Noosa's iconic Hastings Street and the Noosa Main Beach. Cool off in the river-view swimming pool surrounded by meticulous gardens or catch fresh fish for dinner from the private jetty. The Aqua Linea complex in Noosa Parade offers great Noosa accommodation, within walking distance of everything you need for that perfect Noosa holiday.

Aqua Linea is on the first floor, and is a single level apartment offering 2 x bedrooms (1 x Queen, 2 x singles) and 2 x bathrooms with ceiling fans, double glazed bi-fold doors and double glazed enclosed rear balcony. There is a set of stairs up to the apartment, and there is no lift access in this complex.

You may enjoy at the large complex sunny swimming pool. Entertainment includes TV, DVD, CD Player and free NBN WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele oven, microwave & dishwasher. There are also 2 x USB ports provided in a kitchen double power point. Plus full laundry facilities.

The property has undercover parking for one car and offers complex jetty for pick up and drop off (boats cannot be left moored at the jetty). There is also free parking all along Noosa Parade.

Please note this is a non-smoking unit and is located on the first floor and only has stair access.

Our properties are fully self-contained with full kitchens and laundries. Linen & bath towels are supplied with beds made up, along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, milk, and detergents, etc. (to get you through your first night) . Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets. Please remember to bring your beach towel. A reminder that 'check out' is no later than 10.00am and 'check in' is not before 3.00 pm.

Please note that the pool in the complex beside Aqua Linea is having renovations set to end MAY 10. As at 1/5/25, the pool is filling/balancing to get the pool swim ready. The pool in Aqua Linea is of use, and there is a small pool gate barrier between both complexes during this time. It is neat and tidy and not a construction zone. There is a reduced rate already applied to Aqua Linea 3 from 28/04/25 to 12/05/25.
