Walls of windows overlook the great cerulean expanse; wispy linen drapes connect ten-foot ceilings with oversized ceramic tile floors and white furnishings accented by abstract gallery art create a very cool vibe. Plus, a sleek kitchen with Thermador appliances and the master suite with a large soaking tub, stone walk-in shower and a beachfront balcony are ready to impress.

More than just a pretty gem, 701 boasts conveniences like large-screen TVS throughout, a full laundry room, high-speed elevators and covered parking.
