Ideal for a family or small group of friends, this 1-bedroom condo plus loft comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.

A spacious corner unit with an open-concept living area welcomes guests with vaulted ceilings, large windows with lots of light and views of the mountains, stone floors, and a wood-burning fireplace for a classic alpine lodge atmosphere. Sink into one of two full-length sofas for a movie on the large-screen TV, or gather around the 6-seat dining table for a sit-down meal and choose from a variety of board games to enjoy. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to feel at home. Enjoy the cozy nook beneath the windows in the living area to read a book or take in the sunshine. With a prime location within the Sunrise development, this condo offers mountain views throughout much of the home - from the private bedroom, the loft, and the private deck. Winter activities: There are many ways to enjoy the snow at Mammoth Mountain Resort, at Wooley’s Adventure Summit, Tamarack Cross-Country Ski Center, and the new LA Kings Ice Rink.

Summer activities: One can explore the surrounding area, hike on one of dozens of beautiful trails, stroll along or fish in Mammoth Creek, or go mountain biking. You can also hop on the free city shuttle to access Mammoth Mountain, nearby golf courses, and downtown Mammoth Lakes.
