The space
Step out onto the front balcony and soak in the breathtaking views as you enjoy outdoor dining or fire up the BBQ for sunset dinners. The fully equipped, modern kitchen includes brand-new appliances such as a coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and cooktop, ensuring your stay is effortless.

Bedroom Configuration:

* Bedroom 1 (Master): Queen bed with ensuite bathroom
* Bedroom 2: Queen bed
*Bedroom 3: Two single beds

The main bathroom features a relaxing bath and separate shower, while an additional toilet and shower downstairs provide extra convenience.

Downstairs, the rumpus room invites you to unwind on a plush lounge with a selection of board games, and table tennis table, offering entertainment for all ages. A laundry room with a washing machine is available for guest use.

Adjacent to peaceful bushland, the property is just a short stroll to the waterfront reserve, featuring BBQ facilities, a playground, and a boat ramp, ideal for family fun on the lake.

Parking includes a single garage space (Note: no 4WDs due to clearance limitations), with additional parking available in the driveway or on-street..
