Welcome to your dream getaway! Here's a breakdown of our 6BR oasis, where relaxation meets fun:

**1st Floor:**
Kick back in the living room, whip up a feast in the kitchen, or head out to the backyard to enjoy the pool, charcoal BBQ, games, seating, and a TV for your outdoor movie marathons.

**2nd Floor:**
Four cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms await upstairs—perfect for that much-needed post-pool nap.

**Pool Party:**
Our private pool is cleaned twice a week (because who likes dirty pools?). Want it heated? It'll cost you $49/day, but hey, no judgment if you want to swim in December!

**Bathrooms:**
We’ve got three. One on the 1st floor, one en-suite for the master bedroom, and another upstairs hallway bathroom to keep the line for the shower short.

- **Bedroom 2:** Downstairs – Two King beds (because why settle for one?)

Perfect days in Palm Springs

Really enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect, very clean and organized. Will come back next year for Indian Wells tournaments and definitely will stay with Dave :)

Everything we needed!

I had a good time staying with Dave. My family and I were in town for a family reunion and we needed a space that would accommodate 7 adults and 2 teenagers. Obviously everyone wanted their own room (or bed). Dave's place has all of that and more! We couldn't find any better options that was reasonably priced for what we needed. The check in process was so easy too! We all arrived at 2AM, which I reached out to Dave prior to make sure there wouldn't be any issues. Him and his team replied back immediately and assured us that there would be no issues with the super late check in. I'm glad we found Dave and his property. Super easy and accommodating!

Amazing Home & Experience!

My family loved all of the bedrooms, the heated pool, the dining area, and everything about Dave's home! The check in process was easy with a door code and parking was plentiful in the garage and driveway. WIFI was fast and my son appreciated the work desk, since he was working during our trip as well. The outdoor space is well maintained and comes with several games and a BBQ - that we took advantage of. All bedrooms had TV with movies and regular channels. Next time, we are going to stay for at least a week. Thanks again.

The house was great to accommodate the number of people chose. It was also a good option for the time we had to plan the trip. However there were many issues. We read the reviews. We thought that the review that was harsh a couple years ago was inaccurate, it wasn’t. The pool was dirty upon arrival, the pool heater did not work, the dishwasher barely cleaned, the water in the shower / master bedroom was never warm, the rest of the showers were so hot it set the fire alarm off because of steam, some electrical outlets did not work, and the ping pong table net was broken. This company only purchased the cheapest utensils and anything you could think of in a place. They only gave us 2 paper towels for 6 days for 8 people. We were to provide additional paper towels and toilet paper… They had 2 towels for the kitchen and barely enough towels for 8 people to shower with. The ceiling leaked to the downstairs bathroom. They customer service was great. They were available and tried to help with the pool. They did give us a refund back for the pool heater not working. The beds and pillows were comfortable This place was below average. I would not stay there again.

Disappointing Stay-Not What We Expected At All

My family and I were excited to stay at this property for the 4th of July weekend. Upon our arrival we noticed that the home was not the in the same condition as the photos in the listing. The kitchen, living room and dining rooms are not open spaces and are small. They did not bother to turn on the A/C upon our arrival even though they have virtual control of it and knew we would be checking in. It was over 100 degrees outside and we came into an extremely hot home. One of the rooms has a wall unit, that's because the A/C doesn't reach all around the home well, which is terrible in the dessert heat. Also, we noticed many of the dining chairs had very loose legs, missing screws, etc. I reached out to the manager and they told me to use scissors to fix them. RIDICULOUS! They kept telling me they would send someone to fix them, they never did the entire trip. I even fell because the chair leg came off during dinner-I told them this and they did nothing. Also, the pool light was not working. I kept messaging them about it, they said to contact their pool guy and I did, but he never got back to me. We couldn't even use the pool after 7pm! The outdoor furniture is old and moldy, we couldn't sit on the chairs. The pool had a lot of debris, and the net was torn so we couldn't even clean it ourselves! I even told management we were not happy all throughout our stay, and they did nothing to accommodate. The dining table was dirty and there was debris in all the crevices of the table. The photos of this place are dated, and they clearly do not check on the quality of the home or want their guests to have a good experience. I do not recommend anyone to stay here, especially if I am reaching out about the issues and they did nothing about it. My guests and I are extremely unhappy with our stay, some even left early. I have been renting homes in the Palm Springs area for years and this was the worst experience.

My Nephew’ Graduation

It was ok, communication from team was excellent and quick to respond, but I do want to mentioned a few things that might help you to improved your service:1- I requested an early check in, it was said to me that it wasn’t available due to the the cleaning crew needed the time to clean; The house didn’t look clean at all, in fact, walls, tables, counters, and furniture needs a detail cleaning. ( My son had arrived like 25 min before 3 pm, there was no one at the house, but yet I was told I had to wait until 3 pm, due to the cleaning crew were still cleaning???2- Refrigerator wasn’t working properly.3- Pool water fall wasn’t working.4- Some outlets around the house didn’t work.5- Master Bedroom shower water handle didn’t work, and room curtain was out of place.6- No extra covers.7- One chair missing from the entrance table.8- I use my hair dryer and some lights went out?Hope my feedback helps you.
