This unit is perfectly situated for your family or friends with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths & a half bath. Enjoy the Updated Kitchen with granite counter tops & a spacious island. There are spectacular ocean views from the living room & patio. There is also a natural gas grill available for guests to use. The primary bedroom is outfitted with a king size bed, mounted flatscreen TV & ensuite bathroom.

Also on the 2nd floor is another full-size bathroom, washer & dryer & 2nd bedroom that has 2 twin beds. On the 3rd floor is an open loft area, access to the rooftop balcony & another bedroom that has 2 twin beds. For an overflow of guest there's a queen sleep sofa in the loft area.
AC units are located in the living room and all 3 bedrooms

There are many local attractions including Hyannis Harbor, Hy-Line Cruises, Main Street Hyannis (Restaurants & Shops), Veterans Memorial Park/Beach, Kalmus Beach, JFK Museum. Hyannis Golf Course.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
