Wonderful place

Had a great time here. Property was immaculately clean and great water views from the covered porch. Steps to ocean and short walk to downtown restaurants and shops. Great place for a family vacation!

Very special place

My family enjoyed every moment of our stay. The beach house is immaculate and Mike makes sure we lacked for nothing. I would 100% recommend this location and we are looking forward to returning.

Great location. Just as described. It had everything we needed and more. Mike was great to work with. The water heater went out and he had it fixed in a day on the weekend with a plan B. Fantastic! Would stay here again!

Wonderful Place

Could be more happy with our stay at this property. Mike is a great host that made sure our stay was as he advertised. Also, this was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed in. The location was perfect and we are so happy we found this place. We highly recommend this condo.

Excellent location

Kitchen was stocked with items for preparation of meals. Steps to beach, centrally located to beach hop. We are 62 to 75 its one level ground floor. The salt water pool was great. I can’t say enough positive things about this place And we thank Michael , the place was ideal and clean

Relaxing and Amazing

This was one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever experienced. It is so close to the beach, and has a pool also. Totally the best of both worlds! The owner was extremely accommodating and very, very easy to contact. The best stay ever!!

Great beach vibes

The condo was clean, well-stocked and had a very beachy vibe. Just a few steps to the beach made spending time in the water or walking on the shore especially easy to do with kids. Close enough to walk to town, or just a 2 minute ride to Main Street. Looking forward to next summer already!

Its the best we keep coming back

What else can I say? Mike has been excellent and his house is great and well stocked with everything you need. It is always clean and he is always available if needed and just easy to work with. We will be back again next year and if you are on the fence I suggest you book as you won't be disappointed

Perfect family beach cottage

What a wonderful family beach cottage! Can’t beat the location, and it came equipped with everything you need- I loved the bottle waters, beach chairs, umbrella, tubes and games, picnic table- everything you need for a family beach vacation. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!!!!

Walk to beach

We had coffee on the deck and sauntered to the beach for morning walks. Everyone wanted to pick up food at local restaurants and come back to eat on the deck and enjoy the water views instead of waiting forever at crowded restaurants. Great little place to relax and enjoy some family time.

Perfect family getaway next to the beach

Everything about the condo was perfect for our family including the much appreciated air conditioning in the bedrooms. It was magical to see the ocean from our porch and to start our day in full Cape mode. Everything is clean, comfy and thoughtful from the water bottles, all the games, cornhole, everything from toys and chairs for the ocean, books and magazines to read, etc. We loved every minute and can't wait to go back!

Great place by the water

My husband and I staid here with our two boys. It was great for a family with plenty of space and very clean. Being right next to the beach and close to Main Street and attractions with a very short walk was great. I only wish there was laundry :). Otherwise it was perfect.
