Enjoy the sights and sounds of the Horsepasture River from the open upper deck, around the outdoor fire pit, or from the river deck. The master bedroom has a king bed and access to the deck. The master bathroom has a walk in shower, double bowl vanity, and a window seat. Upstairs, two guest bedrooms each have en suite bathrooms. One guest bedroom has a king bed, the other has a king and a twin day bed. On the lower level, a family room has a sectional couch, TV and a foosball table. The downstairs bonus room has two twin beds and uses the downstairs bathroom with a walk in shower. The lower deck is covered and offers a screened portion with seating to enjoy your panoramic view of the Horsepasture River.

This home is pet friendly - Dogs Under 40 Pounds. The owners may approve larger dogs on a case-by-case basis. If you have a larger dog, please contact us prior to making your reservation.

This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drive-able location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, Indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, pool, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on lift tickets and rentals during the winter season. Specific to this home - you will also get a discount at the Sapphire National 18-hole golf course, provided number attached to check-in package.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
