This is a top-floor unit with an incredibly close view of the lake that feels lighter and brighter than ever! You can enjoy this view from the large windows in the main living area, dining area, and master bedroom or from the private deck! The private deck can be accessed from the main living area and the master bedroom. Don't blink, you may even see some wildlife! There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and ice maker. There is a main living area, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms on the main level. There is a loft area with extra living space plus a bedroom and full bath overlooking the main living area.

There is a King-size bed in the master bedroom, a queen-size bed in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, and a queen-size futon and sofa sleeper in the loft living area. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo, a 2nd bath is off the hallway with a stand-up shower, and a 3rd bath is in the loft next to the bedroom. The laundry area is in the master closet with a full-size washer and dryer.

This condo offers an additional living space upstairs! For those who have difficulty navigating stairs, this unit may not be ideal. Contact us to find the perfect place for you!

A very pleasant experience.

We have stayed on the Treehouse Condominium property several times before. It never disappoints. Always very quiet and well maintained. Will stay here again for sure.

There were 9 of us and everything was great. The kids enjoyed the pool and the lake was great as well. Not to far to the boat ramp.

Great place with lovely view

We stayed for nine nights over July 4 weekend. We tried to have the patio door fixed before we got there due to prior reviews, but no luck. It was so hard to open and close that I got very frustrated and texted RentBranson.com to complain. When the texts got through, it was so handy! They sent a maintenance guy over without any warning, but he was personable and helpful and got it fixed, along with a few other small repairs (attaching pantry to wall, reconnecting a seat to its chair). I was glad he came, because the door works! The place worked great for our family of six. It worked out to a lot of money a night (almost four fifty!) so I hope vrbo figures out a way to clean the rooms themselves (taking out trash, wiping out fridge and microwave, gathering towels). My favorite part is the view. I always look for a kitchen, plus a dining room that seats all six of us, and sleeping areas that work for a set of parents (privacy) and four kids—preferably a bunk room, but this worked out okay. The upstairs sleeper couch wasn’t as comfortable, so two of my kids ended up in the downstairs bedroom. It worked out. I loved how the condo was private—we couldn’t *see* any neighbors from our patio, but we could see the lake. We loved being out of the crazy of Branson’s billboards and touristy attractions. I loved the trees, the Indian Point Marina, the pool. We’d love to stay there again, but hopefully get a better deal price wise! And maybe I need a phone with better service.

Great Stay at Shagbark

We had 10 people, five adults and five children. We were able to stay comfortably and plenty of space for people to get ready. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook and all of us had room to eat. We loved the outdoor patio and gave us extra space. We also enjoyed the pool. The closeness to Silver dollar City was a huge bonus. And the view from the condo was beautiful.

Shagbark Hickory

The view from this condo is incredible! We sat out on the balcony each evening and morning! The condo was clean and great for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. Everyone had a place to sleep. We weren't able to get the tv upstairs to work. The showers were very short, and the beds were pretty squeaky and would be better with a sturdier bed frame. The bedroom downstairs could also benefit from blackout curtains, as the porch lights shine right into that window.

Christmas in Branson

Our family of 9 decided to mix it up for Christmas week and go up to Branson for a little distraction, fairly last min. We booked this lovely little apartments and it was just enough room for us and all the things that come with Christmas. Beautiful view of the lake, and we had the entire building to ourselves for several days....thankful as the 5yr old was LOUD. A couple of warnings.... The stairs in the apartment are both steep and shallow....AND carpeted, every single one of us took at least a partial fall if not the entire staircase in our sock or slipper footed situation. The beds are like cinderblocks, 1 person in our party had no complaints...the rest of us fought for the sofa and the 2 zero gravity lawn chairs from the balcony. The microwave sounds like it's on it's last leg and buzzes during use, but man that fridge gets COLD COLD. The dryer needs a new exhaust tube...it's kinked and doesn't move are enough to dry much and the dishwasher takes 3-5 hours...but we didn't care about that. Overall...it was alright. It was clean, it was roomy, we enjoyed our stay.

Rough Start!

Arrived at 10:30PM. Door code was not programmed and unable to get in or ahold of anyone for 1 hour. Finally, chose option for sales, and they were able to get us in. It had 3 nice size bedrooms and 3 baths, as advertised. The hide-a-bed couch was unusable. So we had to split two kids on to the two couches, instead of using the hide-a-bed. The major complaints are with the layer of dust on all the ceiling fans, the main patio door was easy to open but took brute strength to close. Had to have the kids go around through the master bedroom's door to get onto the patio! Be prepared to load your garbage in your car and drive it to the dumpsters! Location was perfect for our family. The view is what everyone would love, no complaints there.

Good location and ample space for our family. However, sliding glass door to balcony barely worked, wall and window leaked during rainstorm, coffee pot did not work and heating element in dryer did not work. Door to dishwasher was broken.

Since the security lights are on all night long, it would be nice if the bedrooms had black out, or at least heavier curtains to block some of the light.

Convenient Location to Silver Dollar City

Treetop Condos is conveniently located if you plan to visit Silver Dollar City. The condo was clean and had a beautiful view of the lake. It was not as well equipped with dishes, sheets, and towels as we expected, but we were able to manage. The nice pool was up a long hill from us, so we usually piled in the car to get there. Condo was not luxurious, it was clean and met our needs well.

Beautiful VIEW!

We loved our stay here. There was plenty of room for all 6 adults. There was a bathroom for each bedroom and check in and out was very easy. We spent most nights on the deck as the view is amazing. Everything was within driving distance to Branson. We were very happy with our choice to stay here.

Beautiful views!

We loved the views of the lake & the spacious balcony y! Our family of 8 had plenty of room in the condo for family time & also enjoyed the additional living area upstairs! We loved the fact that it was a short 4 minute, 1 mile drive to Silver Dollar City! The kitchen was very well stocked. The staff was very friendly & quick to take care of anything we asked of them! Kids loved the pool!!
