Perfect locaftion and Condo.

This is the 2nd year in a row staying at this condo. It is located in the best location (on a golf course) and in a gated community. The premise has all the amenities that you would find at your own place.

Amazing house on a beautiful Golf Resort. Close to the beach (5min) by car. Litchfield by the Sea is a beautiful beach that is part of the community. Love love everything about it.

Wonderful Stay!!

Beautiful home on the golf course with all the amenities that you may need or want. Location is great with everything nearby. Owner was such a sweetheart with our questions. The access to Litchfield by the Sea was the icing on the cake. Will definitely be back!

Comfortable

We stayed there with our 2 teens, there was plenty of room to spread out. Check in was very easy. The unit was very clean and the community pool was quiet and very family friendly.

Loved this property- beautiful interior , very clean. Just as pictures show . Peaceful nights - not many neighbors as I guess this is not peak time . This home is just what we needed , away from work and home. Loved it

Fabulous Stay

I can't say enough about this property. Beautifully decorated with so many special touches. It's tucked away in a quiet neighborhood right on the golf course, but with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The best of both worlds. Management company is incredibly responsive, some of the best I've experienced as a traveler. Will definitely be back!

Golden girls week

The villa is wonderful. Beautifully decorated and well stocked. No stairs, thank goodness. Plenty of bathrooms! Comfortable beds and furniture. Even enjoyed sitting on the deck watching golfers and squirrels. The perfect setting.

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay last week in this beautiful, clean and well kept unit. It’s very nicely and comfortably equipped. We found everything we needed for our stay. We also loved the easy access to the pool and beach. The golfers in our family loved watching the early golfers as we enjoyed our coffee and breakfast. Our contact, McKayla, went out of her way to get all our questions answered before we arrived. Thank you so much McKayla and the entire Evolve team.

Accommodations were Comfortable, Clean, Beautiful, with plenty of space for family of 6 and a baby! The negatives were: navigating in and out of complex was very confusing and staff at gate were not helpful at all.

Perfect location

We loved the location of this condo. We enjoyed biking and walking. We felt very safe at all times. It was a clean, bright, comfortable and well decorated condo. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was responsive. The cable tv was a little tricky to figure out, but we did learn out to use it eventually. Washer and dryer conveniently located on dirt floor.

every amenity you could ever need!

This house was beautifully decorated! Lots of light pouring in the large windows made this place feel airy, spacious, and cozy at the same time. We loved having plenty of space for the whole family with private bathrooms for each of our groups. Every amenity we could want was included, even big pool/beach towels! The kitchen had everything including a toaster, blender, and even an air fryer! I only wish we'd cooked there more! The pool was a very short drive or even walk away and large and lovely! Thank you for everything - this place was georgous and perfect for us!

Nice condo

The condo was very nice and everything we expected. Check in at the gate did not go as expected because staff was not given correct reservation information. Very disappointed with the reservation process. Made a reservation through the VRBO site and was quoted a price. I accepted that price and entered into a contract for that price. At the time of final payment Evolve Management charged me a final payment which brought the total above the contracted price. I was passed between Evolve and VRBO trying to correct the problem which was created by them but ended up being forced to pay the higher price. In my opinion this was fraudulent activity.🔎

Stress Free Vacation

Property was very clean and well equipped. Spent time at the pool and the beach. Was close to good restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Nice, clean, and comfortable

The condo was one level, so easy unloading right at the front door. The unit had a nice view of the golf course. Furnishings were good quality and comfortable. The place was immaculate. The community pool was lovely and we only saw one other person during our four days. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. We visited Huntington State Park and Atalaya, which were a big treat! Brookgreen Gardens is another treat always, and the butterfly house is open as of May! Check the times though because it closed at 2pm one day. Not sure if that is true all days. If you visit there, try the good food at their restaurant. My husband enjoyed his Angus grilled burger and I had an awesome salad with grilled shrimp. I would come back and stay in this unit without hesitation.

Wonderful!

This rental was wonderful in every way! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We walked each day and encountered super friendly neighbors. We visited Brookgreen Gardens and Huntington Beach State Park, which were both very close. Grocery store was nearby as well. The house was beautiful, clean, comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and everything else we needed. We especially appreciated some spices, olive oil, etc. Can't wait to go back! We almost didn't rent this unit because there were no reviews, but I think it's just new to the rental scene and are so glad we took a chance!
