This incredible four bedroom, three bathroom stunner will not disappoint even the most discerning of renters. This home has been completely renovated from top to bottom and the homeowner has spared no expense in creating this incredible space. Upon entry you are greeted with a sweeping grand staircase and a taste of the luxury that awaits. Beyond that you’ll find a chefs kitchen with everything you could need to make a gourmet dinner with an absolutely stellar view to enjoy while you prepare it. Just off the kitchen you’ll find a bar perfect for fixing a cocktail on your wait to the family room with lush leather couches and an enormous LED flatscreen television. If you’re feeling competitive, try heading over to the game room to shoot some pool. Downstairs you will also find a lovely private bedroom with a little kitchenette that offers a microwave and wine fridge. Upstairs hosts the other three bedrooms, including an immense master bedroom with attached designer master bathroom and walk in closets. All upstairs bedrooms have access to the expansive balcony that extends the entire back of the home. As gorgeous as the interior of this home is, the outdoor living is where it really shines. Whether you’re entertaining or just relaxing with family or friends, you won’t be lacking things to do. Have a friend sit at the built-in bar while you BBQ some steaks and look out over the beautifully redone pool and spa. Palm Desert - 2+months

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I spent considerable time at this home (over 2 months). Overall this home was in 'good working condition'. We had some initial issues with the TV's but the home owner (not the property manager) took care of it right away. This home has no area rugs so the sound (tv, voices, kitchen noices etc etc) bounces around like a ping-pong ball. The ensuite bathroom does not have a door, so no privacy. In addition there is no area rug in the bedroom either so again, the sounds from the bathroom (shower, sink, toilet flushing) all very easy to hear and disrupts anyone watching tv or reading. The balcony furniture was un-usable due to the glass table top was broken in a recent storm and was not replaced. What surprises me the most was we did not hear from anyone at Royal Vacation Homes the entire time we were there... no follow-up, no check in 'how are you doing?', nothing whatsoever! I felt this was unprofessional. Felt like once they had my $$ no need to follow up!

Clean, Newly Renovated, Beautiful Large House Has It All!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed here for the month of October 2022 for my mom's 75th and FIL's 85th birthday celebrations. Our kids, ages 11, were the youngest. Everyone enjoyed this amazing house very much and had a great time.Bonuses:- It was large enough to accommodate us all- The huge amazing backyard was a bonus extension of the living space. The landscaping was lovely and at night lit up so beautifully- Nice view overlooking the golf course (but it was reseeding during our stay)- POOL!! Nice size and it was hot so we appreciated it- The pool and spa app was easy and convenient and they heated up quickly- Outdoor bar/kitchen/BBQ space- 7 large TV's, with one outside - Pool table- Solar panels - we did not have to pay extra even though we operated the AC, and heated the pool and spa (when needed)- Outdoor shower- Large walk-in closets in the three upstairs bedrooms- The property management company was amazing and attentive, even if we had trouble operating something, they would come right over. Cons: Not much here, but here are some small things...- No curtains in bedrooms upstairs, did not work for me who likes it dark and to sleep in during vacation. Plus it gets hot with the sun beating in the windows.- TV programming limited for Canadians - It was a good location for the valley, but walkability rating is low - always having to drive everywhere. - Caution on the beautiful white new marble floors, they are slippery when wet when coming in from pool/spa!We would definitely go back and recommend to large families. Writing this review makes me miss it!
