- The property does not offer A/C
- While the road to the property is plowed, the driveway requires 4WD in snow. There is alternative parking across the street if guests cannot navigate the driveway
- The private community amenities are available for a fee with tenant cards (6 cards provided). Each tenant card provides access to one individual (ages 3+) per day. The access fee is $24/person/day for ages 7+, and $10/person/day for ages 3+. Children under 3 do not need a card. There is limited access to amenities for STR guests during peak periods
