This Lovely, Meticulous, Renovated Home Offers Great Beach House Living in Megansett.
There is a spacious porch surrounding the house, beautifully appointed interior and furnishings, hardwood floors throughout and Central A/C. The first floor features an open floor plan with comfortable living room, large and bright dining room and terrific kitchen with granite countertops and breakfast nook. There is a half bath on the first floor and a full bath with tub on the second. You'll find a queen bed with new bedding and decor in each of the 4 bedrooms on the second floor. Just a short distance to Megansett Beach, a great family beach with the beautiful views of Buzzards Bay, the rental is sure to please!

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
