This one bedroom, one bathroom condo offers all the convenience of being beach side and even has a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico! The main living area is very spacious and has tile floors throughout. The unit is located on the second floor, accessible by the elevator or stairs.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY
Surf Song Resort is a direct Gulf Front property located on beautiful Madeira Beach. The resort is reminiscent of old Florida charm with a very laid-back vibe. Relax by the pool or play a game of shuffleboard, all with stunning beach views in the background. Scattered picnic tables and a large BBQ grilling area give you plenty of space to feel the warm Gulf breeze. Coin operated laundry machines are located on property. Free WI-FI is available in the condo and common areas. John's Pass Fishing Village is just across the street and many restaurants are within walking distance.

Not What We Thought

I'll start with the positive(s); this unit was on the beach. The unit was dirty and had a strong chemical smell to it, so much so that I had trouble breathing while inside. There were still cup rings on the coffee table and there was dirt and possiblerl mold all around the edge of the table. The door had a huge gap underneath, which didnt make me feel too safe. It is very run down and cramped. The only things clean were the dishes, which was because we ran the dishwasher as soon as we got there. The smell wnded up being so bothersome that we didnt even up staying any of the nights we had booked.

This location was perfect for us. All the shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach was clean and the water was warm. Would stay here again..

Great Beach Vacation

The resort facilities, while older, are very nice and the location is excellent - shopping and dining nearby and right on the beach. The property management company (TRS) was the major disappointment.

Sister Trip

My sister and I came for a 3 day girls trip. The condo was perfect for us! Everything was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Great view of the beach and right across the street from John’s Pass- lots of restaurants and shopping.

Wonderful Stay!

My 13 year old daughter, and my mother in law joined me for a quick Fall break down. We love Surf Song and the family feel it has. The one bedroom with two beds was perfect for us. Having the unit right off the elevator made for a super short walk too! We will be back!

Lovely spot and nice people

Only issue was that the condo was not clean upon our arrival-sand all over the floors, surfaces, and furniture. Once we brought it to the attention of the manager, it was taken care of and the cleaning gal was very nice and did a good job.

Mother/daughter trip

The initial response is it’s a little dated. The bed were extremely uncomfortable which makes getting a good nights sleep. The pool stated no drinking but there were always people with alcohol. Clearly that was not enforced.

Nice place, would recommend

The room was nice, plenty of space for two people. The pictures online are accurate of the property. Very close to at John’s pass, can walk there in 3-4 minutes. Right on the beach. Pool is just ok…. Location of this property is excellent. Some friends of ours stayed in another unit in the same resort (Surf Song) and our room was by far much better in terms of space, decorations, amenities (ice maker, full size fridge, good size tv’s, beach chairs, extra twin bed, good size bathroom) and view. Would recommend.

Fantastic location and wonderful sunsets

From the time you wake up until you go to bed, you couldn't ask for more. The location and proximity to the beach is excellent. It was very easy to come back and forth between the beach and pool area. The pool area was very clean and well kept. The only issue I had related to the age and condition of the mattress in the bedroom and on the pullout couch. They both need replacing as do all the pillows. There were no sheets for the pullout couch either. I would definitely stay here again but would explore a different unit.

Overall experience was what I enjoyed the most as I like the location and the other people that stay there. Seeing the regulars again is great, and the pool area located on the ocean is my favorite.

Great Location But

The location was perfect right on the beach.The codo was clean but needs some improvements. The mattresses could use an upgrade as well as some of the furniture. Overall the location was perfect but because I couldn't get a good night sleep because of the uncomfortable mattress I wouldn't book this unit in the future

Fabulous location and comfortable stay

This place is prime location from a walk to the beach to a short jont to St. John's Pass. It was perfect location with little kiddos! The only thing, I wish there was some upgrades to the unit (working ceiling fan and lights in the bedroom instead of lamps, etc). But overall great stay and will be back again.
