Your holiday stay at Bridport has just reached an entirely new level of luxury with the release of Beach Walk on Alfred -  a freshly renovated family friendly home where you can unwind just footsteps away from the best beaches, playground, skate park, boat ramps, cafes, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets.

Enjoy the large balcony with BBQ, outdoor dining & lounge area, mounted TV and ocean views to sit back and relax whilst the kids enjoy the games room with 8 Ball Table, Ping Pong & Basketball Arcade game.

"Beach Walk on Alfred" offers three bedrooms upstairs with 2 King beds and Tri Bunks in the 3rd bedroom and 2 bedrooms downstairs with 1 King bed and Tri Bunks.  

The upstairs area has a full modern kitchen, dining for ten people & lounge area that leads to the large balcony. The main bathroom with bathtub & shower and fully equipped laundry are also located upstairs.  Downstairs has another lounge area, 2nd bathroom and an amazing 8 ball table. The property is heated/cooled with reverse cycle air-conditioning.

"Beach Walk on Alfred" is certainly an amazing holiday home with beautiful furnishings and everything you need whilst on holidays, including the beach just footsteps away and an amazing outdoor shower once finished at the beach.

The owners have provided a pet friendly yard if you are wishing to bring your pet on holidays, however pets are STRICTLY to be outside only, NO INSIDE pets allowed. 

There are plenty of activities to indulge in close by, including Barnbougle/Lost Farm Golf Courses, Derby Mountain Bike Trials and Floating Sauna, Sand Dunes and amazing Wineries.

Great facility. Very well presented. Excellent.NoteThe step down into the laundry needs a visual line, some warning that there is a step down, perhaps a sturdy dark rubber backed mat at the bottom of the step so it is seen that there is a change in level. Two of our friends tripped down that step and one person injured her toe.

It is a short stroll to the beach and a comfortable walk to Bridport's town facilities (shops, cafes, pub, distillery, parks etc). The home is very modern with high quality fit-out, furnishings, appliances etc. The bedrooms & bathrooms are brilliant. It is built over 2 levels with bedrooms & bathrooms on each level. Add in the large balcony (Bay views) with BBQ & outdoor furniture, pool table, table tennis table, games & books, this home is perfect for a short or longer stay. And Bridport, what a surprise!! Lovely beach side town from which to base yourself in North East Tassie.
