- Is the pool/ gym open?
The pool opens from 6am-10pm but gym remains close to further notice. Limited to 80 person only in the whole outdoor pool area. Guest need to be fully vaccinated and show the proof before access.

- Do you provide parking?
Yes, we do provide one on-site parking space. There's no extra cost. All is included in the room rate.

-Is there a balcony?
No. Balcony isn't available.

-What's the sleeping arrangement?
Queen bed in room 1 and 2. Double bed in room 3.

- What's the address of the apartment?
Melbourne Square, 18 Hoff Boulevard, Southbank. Level 19

- Is the room shared?
No, the guests will have the entire apartment to themselves.

- What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Check-out can be extended to 11.30am for an additional $20.

- Can guests check-in early?
Early check-in is subject to availability. We are happy to let our guests in as soon as the cleaning is finished. We can't guarantee a time but we can keep you updated on the day.

Excellent position

The apartment was exactly as described. Very central, very clean, nice to have a few pantry items to get you started. Only comment would be, need a few more coffee/tea cups and glasses. We will stay again.

Great spot

Convenient location. Great being above Woolworths and bottle shop. 3 bedrooms were ideal to separate the teenagers!

Great location and view

Property is in a great location at the back of Southbank. Easy walking distance to Southbank / City and sporting arenas. Driveway for uber / taxi is little bit tricky as not many places to turn around. Woolies and BWS downstairs are very handy with good opening hours. Beds are coomfy, just lacking pillows as only 1 per person but nothing major. Communication is fantastic and happily stay again.

Lovely and clean in excellent location

Unit was lovely and clean with great views and in an excellent position. Having Woolworths downstairs was a major bonus and was in easy walking distance to all restaurants and Botanical Gardens. The unit also had plenty of start up supplies. We would definitely stay there again.

Short stay

Property was excellent size for 3 of us. The view was great but unfortunately the windows were very dirty on the outside which was not the owners fault as we were on the 19th floor. The spa on the 54th floor was amazing.
