Situated on Phillip Island, ‘The Gemma’ is a newly renovated beach home located 600 metres from the beaches of Sunderland Bay & Surf Beach. ‘The Gemma’ can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. There are four bedrooms consisting of three queen beds and a double bed. There are 2 living areas , 2 bathrooms and three toilets .
As well as gated off street parking for up to four cars .

The house was fantastic, it met our needs perfectly.

The house is in a great location and the host was very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this stay. We will be booking again for next year.

We love The Gemma

We had such an amazing stay at The Gemma, Heather has thought of everything. The house is soo beautifully styled and creates the perfect setting for making memories with the family. It comes with all the amenities you could ask for, including coffee machine, air fryer and luxury linens. We loved the added special touch of Christmas decorations. We can't wait to stay again.

Home away from home

A beautiful home that enabled all of us to be together as a group, as well as allowing us space when needed. All of the extra touches and amenities were fantastic making the place feel like a home away from home. Heather was a fantastic host who answered any queries we had. A wonderful place for a large family group.

Family weekend

Enjoyed our stay on the Island. Fantastic house, short walk to a lovely surf beach. About 12 mins to the sandy beach across the board walk. Great not having to take the car. House is comfortable and spacious. We loved the large well equipped kitchen and BBQ as we love to cook. Heather is a great host and we would happily stay again.

We have just renovated our Phillip Island home and would love to share it with everyone. Please message for any details or questions you may have or even ideas on what you can do on the Island.

I love the peacefulness here and enjoy hearing and seeing the local wildlife from our balcony.

When not using ‘The Gemma’ for ourselves, you will find me and my family in Bali or finding somewhere new to travel. Enjoy your stay!

Enjoy the most calming view of a neighbouring farm from the balcony and look out for any animals you might see - including cows, alpacas, wallabies and more.
The beaches of Sunderland Bay & Surf Beach are a stone's throw away for strolling, surfing etc.
'The Gemma' is within easy reach of numerous family activities incl. A Maze N Things, the Phillip Island Wildlife Park & of course the Penguins and the Nobbies.
The Phillip Island Grand Prix track is 5km away. (5min drive or 1 hour walk!!). If you bring your motorbikes for the G.P we have plenty of lockable space in the garage. Also, during the G.P, we supply linen.
The house is comfortable for families with 4 bedrooms & 2 living spaces.
