Welcome to our beach house! This beautifully appointed home in a coveted Cowes location is just a six-minute walk to Cowes Beach, perfect for beach strolls and just a short walk to shops and restaurants. It sleeps 8 and features all conveniences, including a large outdoor patio area with a stainless steel BBQ for al fresco dining, a secure backyard, and undercover parking. Inside, there are four bedrooms, two living areas with heating and air conditioning, and a wood fire (perfect for snuggling up with a good book and a glass of red wine). And for those wanting a digital detox, we have a bookcase with over 200 books, and a selection of jigsaw puzzles and games to enjoy.

A lovely, spacious house that is very clean, very close to both the main road and a dog friendly beach, and it has all the amenities you could need. I definitely look forward to staying there again some time.

We loved our stay in this spacious, beautifully appointed home. Everything we could possibly need was provided, and our host, Henri, was very generous with check in and check out times. A wonderful place to stay close to the beach and the main shopping area.

Spacious relaxing home

On entering the property it was more spacious, light and airy than the images implied. Comfortable and ample sofas and chairs, a huge dining table and plentiful chairs to absorb us and some family who dropped in for a meal one evening. Matched by spacious table and chairs on the deck we used for lunch with other visitors. The house was very generously equipped with every imaginable piece of crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment, etc., you would need to cook and eat at the house, all absorbed by the dishwasher. The pod coffee maker and supplied pods was an added bonus. The split of the bedrooms with principal room with ensuite and dressing room on the ground floor and two bedrooms with separate lounge was a perfect layout for our stay proving the younger members of the family with their own space and privacy to watch TV, DVD's of which there are draws full, and gaming. Inside matched by ample parking to the front and garden to the rear. The house added to the enjoyment of my sisters visit to Phillip Island, and not only impressed us, but also our visitors. Well placed for West Cowes beach 5-6 minutes walk away. Close to shops etc., but also very quiet. Henri was an attentive but hands off host, with great communication, and generosity. We would not hesitate to book again.

Long weekend away

The house was spacious and clean with 3 bedrooms. Great location for our visit to the penguin parade. Would be great for 2 families with two living spaces and three toilets.

Brilliant

Very very nice. Our family stayed here for 16 nights over summer school holidays. Easy walking distance to Cowes shopping strip, jetty, and even closer (5min walk) to beach. The pictures don’t do justice to the size and space of the house. Further, it is very well appointed and very comfortable, and host responsive.. Highly recommended.

Great property in Cowes

The property was great, we’ll kit out with everything you need. We throughly enjoyed the garden, outdoor undercover seating area and had a lovely fire. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The property is right near cowes and short drive to the penguins. Henri was happy to share his knowledge of the attractions and things to do. We had a great stay!

A relaxing weekend away

This house is beautiful! All the natural light from the living area windows and the ability to open up the doors makes for a beautiful weekend away. The beds were very comfy and the couches perfect for relaxing! Clean, tidy and easy to navigate everything. The backyard was pretty and great for our dogs fully secured! The property manager was friendly with replies to questions. THANKYOU for a relaxing and comfortable weekend away.

Great house and location

Beautiful property in a great location only a few minutes walk to the main street in Cowes and to the beach. The house was fully kitted out with more then enough items needed for week or more stay. Kids loved playing on the Wii and a great garden at the rear for the dog to use.. The house was very clean and tidy with great and quick communication from the owner. Would definitely recommend and would book again.

Great property close to the beach and a short walk to town. Lots of space for 3 adults and 2 teens. Well equipment kitchen and spices, oil etc in the pantry which is always appreciated. Lovely!

Comfortable and well equipped house in a great location

Had a lovely stay with my partner, mum, and sister. The house was comfy and spacious and we enjoyed the fire in the evenings. Was great to be able to walk into town for coffee, shops and ice cream.
