This exquisite 134sqm apartment, situated on the prestigious Level 30, features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an opulent living space. Enjoy awe-inspiring views from every room, including the indulgent ensuite bathroom, where even the bathtub offers a glimpse of the stunning surroundings.

When opting for a luxury apartment rental, it's essential to steer clear of stringent cancellation policies and any potential inconvenience caused by insufficient provisions like toilet paper, toiletries, garbage bags, or dishwasher tablets during your stay. Fortunately, this apartment goes above and beyond to fulfil all your requirements, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

Rollaway single bed for the 5th guest. Complimentary mid-stay linen change for stays of 9 days or longer.

Online check-in form and Rental Agreement: Due to the number of people booking under false names and using stolen credit cards, we require an Online Check-in Form to be completed which requires a copy of Government Identification in the name of the person booking and a selfie matching the ID. A booking is not finalised until this is completed.

Rental Agreement: You will receive a "Thank you for booking message" which will include a link to the Rental Agreement which covers house rules and the details of your individual booking. By proceeding with the booking you are agreeing to the house rules and the rental agreement

Payment: A credit card is required to secure your booking and will be validated at the time of the reservation. Full payment is required 14 days prior to your arrival.

Keys are collected from the Friendly Grocer in Broadbeach which is a 7 min walk from your apartment.

Your holiday is yours to enjoy, however I am available by phone or email if required.

This is a non smoking building including balconies and common areas.

Check in: from 2pm. School holiday check in is 3pm to ensure cleaners have time to complete a thorough clean.

There is no need for a car as the apartment is within walking distance of many Gold Coast attractions, including:

• Gold Coast Convention Centre – 7 min walk
• Light rail station – 7 min walk
• Woolworths supermarket – 4 min walk
• Burleigh heads – 10 minutes by car
No smoking or vaping anywhere in the apartment, balcony or building - $250 fee for smoking indoors or on the balcony.
No parties or events. No Schoolies.
A copy of your Government identification and a selfie must be provided at the time of booking through the completion of the Online Booking form. This must match the name of the person making the booking.
No pets. If pets are found to be in the apartment, we are required by building management to have professional cleaning and pest control undertaking immediately. A fee of $500 is charged to cover these cleaning costs.
The Oracle observes a quiet time between 9pm and 8am. Please refrain from loud noise during this time.
Check in time during school holidays is 3pm . This is due to ensure the apartments are appropriately cleaned during the peak period.
Additional cleaning fees of $66 per hour apply where the property requires excess cleaning for example food stains on furniture or floor coverings. Additional cleaning costs e.g. steam cleaning due to fake tan stains will also be payable by the guest.
No check in or out Christmas day, new years day or Easter Sunday.
$250 fee for each lost key.
Note to Guests: Accidents happen. If you lose a key, fob, or get locked out, we're here to help. While we offer spare keys via our security team for after hours lock outs (11pm to 7am), a $200 call-out fee applies and must be paid before key handover. Furthermore, any reported anti-social or illegal activities, like unauthorised parties or excessive noise between 9pm - 8 am, will incur a $250 call-out fee. This, along with any security breach-related costs, will be directly charged to you.
Consumables: We provide a number personal hygiene and cleaning products made by Zero Co. These are environmentally friendly and refillable. Should you decide to take these with you, they will be charged at $20 per bottle.

Beach view getaway

We spent a awesome 3 night getaway at this awesome apartment. It was very clean and exactly as the pictures are on show. The host has excellent communication and you can tell he takes pride in his property. The location is fantastic for great food and also taking the family down to the beach. The view of the beaches and ocean magnificent. Would definitely recommend this property and will be certainly returning for another stay.

We were there for a business meeting. The apartment is gorgeous - the views are stunning. It was clean and everything was there. The host was awesome - great response to questions - easy check in . The apartment is close to beach, Convention center, and restaurants. Just perfect.
