We love American Fork because it is the central location for Utah Valley! We are only 20 minutes from Provo, 35 minutes to Sundance, 40 minutes to Salt Lake Airport, 60 minutes from Park City and we're only 2 minutes off the 15 freeway! Thanksgiving Point and The Outlets at Traverse Mtn are local hot spots that are just a 10 minute drive. We have hundreds of YELP worthy local eateries and tons of shopping located near our home. Ask us about our favorites places!

Lyft, Uber and Uber Eats are very active in our area.

You can park in the garage, in the driveway or on the street in front of our home.

Neighbors: This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties of any sort and keeping music and noise quiet after 10pm each night. This helps our neighbors stay enthusiastic about our rental services.

Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premise of the property. We do not allow any house parties in our homes out of respect for neighbors and the protection of our beautiful homes. We pride ourselves in being a company that offers a pet friendly place at many of our properties please see our pet policy below

Pet Policy:

Please note that we do have an additional pet fee to help protect against the natural wear and tear it causes to our properties by allowing pets. If your furry friends are accompanying you for your stay, we do allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in, please note pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done.

Roomy Family Condo

We loved it here! Soooo much more room than a hotel. VERY comfortable beds, clean kitchen and bathrooms. Downsides, broken showerhead in downstairs suite, not enough towels, no trash bags, the nest system was finicky and in the summer months the upstairs could be brutal as it was hot in the spring. Overall would def stay again!! Kids loved it and it was a really nice change from hotels.

Disappointed

It was an awesome location for us but I wish it would have been cleaner, and not missing things.. the area rug in the living room smelled so bad like urine and a big stain on the ottoman looked like a dog peed on it, super bad stains on the other carpets no broom or vacuum kitchen floor sticky. No wash cloths in any bathroom and the door locks didn’t work right all the time. We had to hold the door tight to lock it and sometimes it took us a while to get it to lock at all, kinda didn’t feel safe. The house was a great set up and so close for us to visit our family so it’s disappointing.. not sure but the owners might want to find a new cleaner and handyman…. Sorry I hate leaving reviews at all but this one needed it and I hope that those things get fixed because it could have been a great place to keep coming back too for us

Misleading information on listing

We booked this house for our family of 14 (ages 7 - 70) to stay together when we were gathering to attend a granddaughter's wedding. The rental description states that it will sleep 14. Imagine our surprise when there were only beds to sleep 8. The listing advertised there was also a futon. It did not clarify that it was not even as big as a twin mattress and was hard and uncomfortable. There was 1 queen air mattress in the garage. The description says 1 king bed in master bedroom and queen beds in other 3 bedrooms. Reality is there were only queen beds in 3 bedrooms and 2 twins in the 4th bedroom. It was very frustrating after families had driven 12 - 14 hours to arrive and realize that we needed to go out and get 5 air mattresses to be able to sleep our family. The other thing to be aware of is that there is not a door to the bathroom downstairs. It had a thin fabric curtain across the doorway-which did not provide privacy for showering. Further down in the listing under rooms and beds,it lists 4 bedrooms and sleeps 14. Continuing down it has details for 5 bedrooms. The whole descriptions were very confusing as to what there really is in the rental. The kitchen dishes were not clean, but thankfully there was a good dishwasher so that was easily remedied! The home was decorated beautifully.
