Sleeping arrangements
Spread across three levels, the home offers seven bedrooms and sleeping space for up to fourteen guests. Each bedroom includes its own ensuite bathroom, creating a sense of comfort and privacy throughout. The expansive primary suite features a walk-through closet, fireplace, and an ensuite with a double vanity, deep-soaker tub, and forest views. Five additional bedrooms each include a queen-sized bed, TV, and ensuite with a walk-in shower. On the lower level, a spacious bunk room features two queen-sized bunk beds, TV, game console, and a double vanity bathroom, while a nearby powder room provides added convenience.

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Kadenwood is Whistlerâs most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountainâs slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
âą Nearby Construction Noise Possible. A homesite near Kadenwood Winterfell is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits construction from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. No further construction compensation will be offered.
âą Security cameras. Please note there are exterior cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
âą Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
âą Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
