The Space:

Snow-dusted evergreens frame the quiet slopes around you as you step into this mountainside retreat, where crisp Whistler air and sweeping alpine views set the tone for your stay. After a day carving down nearby runs, you can sink into the warmth of the hot tub or gather beside the indoor fireplace while the winter landscape settles outside. Every corner of this home invites you to unwind, reconnect, and enjoy the season at your own pace.



Sleeping arrangements

Spread across three levels, the home offers seven bedrooms and sleeping space for up to fourteen guests. Each bedroom includes its own ensuite bathroom, creating a sense of comfort and privacy throughout. The expansive primary suite features a walk-through closet, fireplace, and an ensuite with a double vanity, deep-soaker tub, and forest views. Five additional bedrooms each include a queen-sized bed, TV, and ensuite with a walk-in shower. On the lower level, a spacious bunk room features two queen-sized bunk beds, TV, game console, and a double vanity bathroom, while a nearby powder room provides added convenience.



Outdoor living

Winter days flow easily into evenings spent outside beneath the mountains. A private 30 ft heated outdoor pool and six-person hot tub remain inviting year-round, offering a warm contrast to the cool mountain air. A furnished patio with a fire pit and BBQ grill provides space for gathering, framed by the surrounding forest and the quiet of the season.



Kitchen & dining

Designed for shared meals and relaxed mornings, the open-plan kitchen includes granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and high-quality appliances. A separate butler kitchen offers additional prep space when cooking for a group. Start the day at the six-seat breakfast bar or settle in for a lingering dinner at the dining table, which seats fourteen comfortably.



Entertainment & relaxation

The lower level offers a cozy place to retreat after time on the slopes, with a media and games room featuring a home cinema surround sound system and an adjoining billiards room with a wet bar. Throughout the home, high-speed wifi, multiple TVs, and an indoor fireplace ensure you can unwind in whichever way suits the moment.



Practical details

A private elevator connects all three floors, and a mudroom with ski racks and boot warmers keeps gear organized for your ski-in/ski-out days. Additional features include in-suite laundry, air conditioning with a ductless split system, heating, and parking in a two-car garage with extra driveway space. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher.



Neighborhood

Set in the exclusive Kadenwood neighborhood, the home is a short three-minute walk from the private Kadenwood Gondola, connecting you directly to Creekside Village with its shops, restaurants, and the Creekside Gondola. Ski-out access nearby is suited to intermediate skiers, while ski-in is possible via the Kadenwood trail depending on snow conditions.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.



Getting Around:

Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.



Other Things to Note:

‱ Nearby Construction Noise Possible. A homesite near Kadenwood Winterfell is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits construction from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted to compensate for any potential disturbances from nearby construction. No further construction compensation will be offered.

‱ Security cameras. Please note there are exterior cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.

‱ Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

‱ Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

‱ No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

‱ Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
