Kadenwood Gondola
All Kadenwood guests have access to a private gondola, this will take you on a 4-minute ride directly to the Creekside Village, leading to shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and the Creekside Gondola for slope access. There is a small parking area at the top of Kadenwood Gondola to make transporting people and sports equipment very easy and convenient. It takes a 3-minute walk to reach the gondola from this property.
Ski Information
Ski-out access is near this home. Leaving the property to the left, and then taking a right at the crossroad. The end of this road will bring you to the Kadenwood Gondola and ski access trail to the 'Lower Peak to Creek' run that ends at the Creekside Gondola. It is around a 3-minute walk. The access trail is narrow and more suited for intermediate skiers. For beginners, we recommend taking the Kadenwood Gondola and making your way to Creekside from there.
Ski-in via the return access to the top of the Kadenwood Gondola by following the ‘Kadenwood’ trail run. From here it is a 3-minute walk back to the home
Ski-in ski-out access is dependent on weather conditions and snowfall. Ski access typically begins in late December and ends in March. The Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Nearby Construction Noise Possible. A homesite near Kadenwood Winterfell is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits construction from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. We’ve applied a construction discount to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.
• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
