Sleeping arrangements
The home offers space for up to 13 guests with seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Two primary suites each feature a king bed, gas fireplace, walk-in closet, and an ensuite with a deep soaker tub and glass-enclosed shower. Additional bedrooms include a mix of king and queen beds, all with their own ensuite and TV. A seventh bedroom includes a single bed, a crib, and an ensuite with a step-in shower and bathtub combo, giving every guest a comfortable place to settle in after time on the mountain.
Kitchen & dining
On the main level, the open-plan living area invites everyone to gather after a day on the slopes. A spacious lounge sits around a fireplace, while the dining table seats ten for winter dinners. The adjoining gourmet kitchen includes Thermador appliances, custom cabinetry, and a large island with breakfast bar seating for four. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame snow-covered ridges and treetops, giving meals and evenings a distinctly wintry backdrop.
Entertainment & recreation
When you return from skiing, the media room offers a cozy spot to warm up with a flat-screen TV, sofa, fireplace, and table tennis table. The well-equipped gym includes a power rack, cable machine, and dumbbells for those who want to keep a routine going even in the colder months. Outside on the covered lower deck, the six-person hot tub, outdoor firepit, and mounted TV create an inviting place to unwind in the crisp winter air.
Outdoor living
The main deck extends the indoor spaces, offering outdoor seating, a dining area, BBQ, and views across the valley. While winter keeps the focus on snowy landscapes and fireside comfort, the surrounding forest provides privacy and a peaceful seasonal setting.

Set 1,000 feet above Creekside Village in Whistlerâs Kadenwood neighborhood, the home provides ski-in/ski-out access that is seasonal, with availability dependent on snowfall and conditions. Trails nearby link to Whistler Mountainâs runs when open, and guests can reach shops and restaurants via the private gondola, a four-minute ride from the neighborhood base.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for two vehicles, complemented by a driveway with space for additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Kadenwood is Whistlerâs most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountainâs slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
âą Construction in Kadenwood. The homesite next to Kadenwood Bellevue is under construction. Construction is typically active from 7:30 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. However, the Whistler municipality permits daily construction from 7:30 am to 8 pm. Construction noise may come from machinery, vehicles, and workers. Weâve adjusted rates to recognize potential noise disturbances and inconveniences. No further construction compensation will be offered.
âą Exterior security cameras. There are exterior security cameras installed at the front and rear entrances of the property.
âą Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
âą Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
âą No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
âą Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
