This gorgeous urban chalet with pool, hot tub, sunroom is nestled in the heart of St Vital. An ideal for family & friends retreat, couple romantic getaway or a place to work in a quiet & peaceful neighbourhood.It’s a 1.5 story home with 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms & an outside guest house with one queen bed and 2 single bed .

- LIVING ROOM
We’ve got the most alluring and cozy living room along with a working space which is perfect for you if you are on your business trip and need to relax, 55 inch tv, Free wifi, Netflix.

- BEDROOM
Cozy & Comfortable queen size bed on the main floor. Table Lamp with Built-in Dual USB Ports, a chair and mirror, flat iron, steamer, Hangers.

- BATHROOM
Main bathroom is on the main floor and it’s fully equipped with luxurious white hotel cotton bath towels that are 35" by 70", make up remover towels and Wipes, hair dryer, shampoo + Conditioner + Body wash and Lotion.

- DINNING ROOM ( seating for 6 people)
A fully equipped coffee bar shop. We provide; Sugar, Sweetener, Grounded coffee
Caps coffee, Chocolate milk mix, Nescafe French vanilla.

The kitchen is fully equipped, making it perfect for those who love to cook or make a quick meal.

CLEANING & SUPPLIES

Le Chalet is 100% clean and follows Airbnb cleaning guidelines. We thoroughly sanitize and deep clean our home between guests. We provide disposable paper towels, disposable gloves, multi-surface cleaner, disinfectant wipes, hand sanitizer, hand soap and hand lotion.

Also as a side note, you know we are in a pandemic, which means that you are booking at your own risk. Please check our cancellation policy for more details because there will be no exceptions.

Important House rule

- Minimum booking age 25
-No excessive noise past 11pm.
-Visiting guests must be off the property by 11pm.
- No smoking or vaping permitted inside the house.
- Visitors or overnight guests in addition to confirmed guests as per booking must obtain prior approval from host. Unapproved guests or visitors will be charged $100 per guest, per night. To be confirmed by outdoor security cameras.
- No outside shoes inside the house.
( we provide Indoor shoes)
- For any towels you stain, additional charges will apply.
-The modem ( router ) shouldn’t be unplugged. As well as exterior Security camera are at the property for guests & host safety and shouldn’t be turned off by guests at any point during the stay.

NOTE:
We charge $100/extra guest. If you book Le Chalet for 9 people. We expect 9 people staying at the property. Should we find out that there are more than 9 people staying at the house ( to be confirmed by outdoor cameras), you will be charged $100/ extra guest per night .There will be no exception.

After booking, guests must provide full names of everyone that will be staying at the house. This is for security reasons and incase of an emergency.

Enjoyed our stay, it was a cute place!! Could have used a few more utensils and baking items!!

The kids loved the hot tub!! It was a great place to be together as a family!!

Nice stay

The place was clean, cute and cozy. The host was a very thorough communicator. The only unfortunate part is that the second bathroom is difficult to access, being in the basement with a very low roof. But overall we had a great stay.

Girls Spa Trip

It was honestly a fabulous stay the hot tub was wonderful we used that a few nights, pool looks great but wasn’t ready yet. The place was clean the amenities were fabulous, Sylvie was very easy to get a hold of whenever I had any questions and they left super cute snacks for us!! Le Chalet was also within 15 minutes of both Ten Spa and Thermea which was the main reason we had done this girls trip so location was excellent!! The AC inside the main house worked well as it was very hot out when we came, fans were available for outside bunk house!! Overall would stay again :) Thanks so much for having us!!

My story

As a child, I watched my mother host hundreds of visitors from all around the world. I would wonder why she would invite all these people at home for dinner, lunch or breakfast. Sometimes some would stay for a week, a month or just a few days. My mother would go the extra mile to make sure all the guests felt at home. She was and still is the most wonderful host I ever known.

Now that I have grown, I understand that this is a natural gift that she had and took pride in. She found, still finds great satisfaction in it.

I started to join my mother in this beautiful adventure, and I started to fall in love with hosting guests with her. And now, it’s always a joy to host friends at my own house.

My siblings say that I love to serve people. And that can’t be far from the truth.

I started thinking of being a host since 2017. I even opened an account but as they say, God’s time is always the best. Last year , we decided to go all in with my husband.

For the few months, this has been the best adventure we both are on. So great to host incredible people who are visiting our beautiful city of Winnipeg.

And as someone who travels and uses VRBO/Airbnb in other cities, I knew exactly what guests love. We’ve made sure that when you stay at any of our properties, it’s a home away from home experience.

We’ve gone above & beyond to make sure that when you book your stay with us, you’ll have the most memorable time. And you’ll have everything you need.

So if you have friends or family visiting Winnipeg and they would love a place to stay, we would be happy to host them.
