Tastefully designed and well appointed throughout, this unique ground-floor Loft style one-bedroom property offers a comfortable stay only a short stroll from the vibrant lifestyle of Geelong West and Geelong waterfront! Please note: The property has a small fridge but no freezer. There is a step up to the bed and tight access on either side of the bed. VIP: Bed not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

The Pix is located opposite the picturesque Sparrow Park and is central to the Geelong waterfront. You are less than 30 minutes drive from Barwon Heads and ever-popular Torquay!
Getting Around:
There is a bus stop located only 2 minutes walk away which will take you to Central Geelong including the Train Station and Moorabool Street bus interchange.

PARKING - There is FREE All day Parking on Elizabeth Street right in front of the property
