Settle in at the beach in this luxurious & spacious 2 bed/2 bath coastal inspired condo. Soak in the expansive views of the pier & ocean from nearly every room. Newly renovated!

Gather around the huge island in the custom Spanish style chef's kitchen featuring quartz counters, huge fridge, in island microwave, washer/dryer & large pantry. When you are finished cooking, you can enjoy meals with your family and friends around the large 6 person table.

The large living room is the perfect place to relax on the deep seated couch while overlooking the ocean - or catch the latest show on the 70" Smart TV! The living room walks out onto the spacious balcony where you can sit up and enjoy your morning coffee. There is also a desk for any work from home needs.

The master bedroom oasis features a comfortable King bed (Casper Mattress), 60" Smart TV, closets and more beautiful views. The Master Bedroom also walks out onto the balcony (it is one large balcony that runs from the living room across to the master bedroom). * This property does not have a sofa sleeper, but we offer a comfortable air mattress. The master bathroom has a gorgeous coastal spa feel with a walk in shower.

The guest bedroom has two comfortable double/full beds (Casper Mattresses), 55" Smart TV. The second bathroom is located nearby and has a tub/shower combination.

The Cocoa Beach Towers building has a heated oceanfront pool, tennis court, elevator and is a short walk to many local attractions (right next to the Cocoa Beach Pier).

There is additional sleeping for up to 6 people with an inflatable queen mattress. There is free wifi and parking. Rentals include linens, towels, beach toys, beach chairs, boogie. Please note that the daily pool hours are 8am - dusk. From 8am to 9:30am it is reserved for quiet adult swim time and 9:30 - dusk is for everyone.

The perfect family getaway!

We had the most wonderful time staying at this condo! It was a great location and it had everything we needed! The communication with the property management was very quick if any questions arose as well. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and we hope to come back and stay in this exact spot again. Great location and spot!

Exactly as advertised. Beautiful view, easy walking distance to tons of shops and food options. Publix is directly across the street which made it easy to grab some groceries, and a short walk to a Dunkin Donuts for morning coffee. Would recommend!

Rocket Fun

Had a wonderful time at this property. Was close to shopping, activities, and family who live in the surrounding cities. Very clean and modern inside. Bonus during our stay was a rocket launch so we loved watching the launch from the balcony of the building-super neat!

Fabulous property with a balcony to enjoy an amazing ocean view. Communication was great and my family had an amazing time. Easy beach access. Only bad thing about our stay was the weather didn’t fully cooperate.

Wonderful stay

The condo is in a great location… close to pier, stores & restaurants. The beach is just steps away. The condo it self was clean and comfortable. The only con is a few items .. need to be replaced because wear & tear but, overall great place. The management company was very responsive & helpful.

The condo and property was exactly as described.It was clean, comfy and has a great balcony with amazing views of the ocean. We loved the easy access to the beach or pool. There are plenty of places to go shopping and restaurants to wine and dine at! We loved it and will definitely be back! Thanks again for having us,we loved it!

Wonderful location and views from our fifth floor balcony! Condo was very clean and tidy upon check in, and beds and furniture were comfortable. Would definitely stay in this unit again and recommend it.

Adorable beach condo with great location on the beach!

This spacious condo was the perfect stay for our family of five. From the decor to the comfy furniture, it made us feel like our home away from home. The views from our balcony was great as we got the views of the pool, beach and Cocoa Beach Pier. A reserved covered parking spot is located right next to the elevators which made it convenient to come and go when we were not spending time at the beach or pool. It is walking distance to some great eating spots and grocery store was a couple blocks away. The condo was very clean…floors, bedding, couches, kitchen, fridge, balcony, walls, etc. Icing on the cake were the beach accessories they provided for us. Boogie boards, umbrella, toys, ice chest were all in excellent condition. A very short walk to the beach made it easy to get set up for our beach days! The staff on site was friendly and the management staff was great. We had a few questions during our stay and they were quick to respond. One of our favorite vacation spots by far.

Excellent vacation spot!

The place was very clean. The views from the balcony are amazing. Some of the best seafood nearby! We were able to see a few rockets lauch from the beach access. I would highly recommend this place for a family vacation! What you see in the pictures is what you can expect!

Perfect February Getaway

What a fantastic spot! This condo is as lovely as the pictures. Great views of the ocean, super comfortable bed in the master, well-equipped kitchen (coffee maker takes cone filters if you want to pack a few), and convenient location. Check in was a breeze (door code) and any questions were answered quickly via email. The Pier is walking distance for a fun outdoor meal. Short drive to Cocoa Piers with lots of great restaurants. About 25 minutes to the Kennedy Space Center, which is well worth the visit. Coming from NY, this was the perfect place for a sunny long weekend!

Cutest Beach Condo!

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. This is by far the most tastefully-decorated unit we have ever stayed in! Everything was so comfortable and we appreciated all of the extra supplies like kitchen items, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The condo itself was great as well. Smaller and quiet. Everyone we met was extremely friendly and polite. The pool was nice and the beach just right behind the pool, so it was easy to go back-and-fort between the two. Highly recommend and would love to return!

It's perfect.

The staff is super helpful with clear and timely communication. They checked in with us prior to checking in to inform next steps and also make sure we had what all the information necessary for a smooth arrival - parking instructions, door codes, wifi passwords, property guidelines. Zareh checked in with us via email time to time to make sure everything was going well, answered questions quickly whenever we needed, and also assured us about some incoming weather. No worries! The condo is AWESOME. 5th floor, fantastic view of the ocean and pier from the balcony, and sweet views of sunset from the front door. The balcony has some great tall, comfy chairs to take in the view, the sounds and ocean air. In fact, this is where we spent the majority of our time. Property is really quiet, peaceful and well tended. Living room couches are super comfortable, a great place to relax and chat. Kitchen is everything you need - coffee maker, dish washer, washer and dryer, and all the tools needed to cook and serve meals for large groups. Bedrooms are super comfortable, lots of room for moving around and keeping your luggage. I got the space for a couple of friends and I. We enjoyed the quiet space with amazing views. Super convenient access to the beach with a shower to wash off on the way back in. We invited friends and family over for beach & pool days which worked out wonderfully - plenty of room for chats, everyone to get ready for the beach and wash up afterwards, and enjoy meals together. Parking space was super helpful - just communicated with the staff when we would have visitors and they supplied parking passes. I will definitely be back. Thank you!!

This space is PERFECT. So perfect, in fact, I want to live here forever. Communication from the staff was clear and well timed. They communicated well in advance and sent reminders. They even checked in during the stay to assure us about some incoming weather. The condo was a great space for myself and two friends to stay, with great living space to invite friends and family over for a couple of pool/beach days. Convenient access to the beach with a shower to rinse of the sand on the way back in. INCREDIBLE view from the balcony that had tall, comfy chairs to take in the view and the waves. In fact, we spend most of our time out on the balcony. Kitchen is awesome - with all the utensils provided. Washer and drawer are awesome - and got used quite a bit. Living room has the most comfortable couches. TIP!! Check it out before going grocery shopping. There are a lot of things provided, and may even be some goodies left behind by the previous guests - ie coffee filters, dish soap, and maybe even some canned goods.

Stunning Condo & Amazing Ocean & Pier Views

This place is so special, like no other! If you are lucky enough to find it available, just book it! Incredible location, views of the ocean, pier, & pool, beautiful, modern renovations & gorgeous decor. We had a blast making memories in the kitchen, so much counter space, luxury appliances & the most comfortable oversized couches, perfect for napping! All of the beds were SO comfortable, extra linens & the bedrooms were both so relaxing to be in. Master had a luxury shower head. Huge balcony with comfortable furniture & amazing 5th floor ocean views. Fast wifi & even a cute desk. Loved the lighting and how all the decor tied in together. Even came with beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogey boards, & snorkeling gear! Spotless, well equipped, and the hosts were so attentive & welcoming. Easy check in, & so central you can walk to beach, Pier, Publix, so many restaurants, shopping, Escape Room. I could go on about how much we LOVED this condo, the hosts and ocean location, just a perfect 10!
