Newly renovated (in Jan 2022), this stylish 3 bedroom family beach house is located in Dromana. This property is less than 1 km from the blue water beach of Port Phillip Bay and so close to all that Dromana has to offer, including Lunar Drive In, Arthur's Seat & other historical sites, markets and famous wineries.

Aimed at families and couples, relaxation & comfort were the main things in mind when re-creating this bayside beauty.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY
Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. CHECK IN / OUT
Check in time is 3.00pm and check out time is 11am. Refer to the house manual when your booking is confirmed for the key location and your unique code.

3. SECURITY BOND
A bond payment of $1,500 is allocated to the booking.

Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management as a result breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to are any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints made against you, etc.

4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS
Parties are not allowed and noise and music needs to be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is in a residential street. No loud music to be played after 8pm during the weekdays including Sunday and after 10pm on Friday and Saturday night. Disobeying these rules may result in potentially losing your bond and being evicted from the property.

5. LINEN AND TOWELS
Included in the Tariff: doonas, doona covers and pillows, bed linen & towels.

6. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS
If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted on the phone number provided on the booking request, please ensure this number is correct. If we cannot contact with you within 15 minutes of the complaint being received or if the noise issues are not rectified after speaking, we will arrange a security patrol car to attend the home to investigate the complaint. If this were to occur, then guests will be charged $300 + GST.

In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform us at the earliest opportunity, so we have the chance to rectify the situation.

Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to management prior to departure from the property.

We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since management are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while staying at our property.

7. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours.

You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately.

Only the guests agreed to in the booking may stay in the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without refund.

Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided. Bins are to be left out on the nature strip.

Crockery and cutlery must be washed and packed away. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.

Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, washing machine, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, cleaning the BBQ etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs over and above the normal cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card.

All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived.

The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows and doors are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay.

You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys in the event of losing the keys will be provided at an additional charge of $100.

Beautiful family getaway

Deanne and Marcus have created the perfect family getaway with a fully appointed holiday house with everything you would ever need. The great selection of toys and outdoor equipment make it a perfect place for young families. There is a short walk to the beach but we enjoyed the exercise. We will be returning next time we are visiting family down the peninsula.

Lovely property and we had a wonderful stay

The pics do not do the property justice - the house is very tastefully presented and we had a wonderful 2 nights. The spa was the highlight and great way to relax after spending the whole day taking in the sights of the Mornington peninsula. The hosts were lovely and quick to answer any queries. Would definitely come back 👏👏👏

Quiet, well appointed retreat

Lovely house, sparkling clean, and ready to enjoy. Great cooling, beautiful deck and spa (after a long trail run!) Wasn't at all impressed at having to use, and register for, an app to access the key. Didn't work anyway! On the other hand, Deanna responded very quickly, and got us sorted without further inconvenience. Top marks :)

Beautiful house, really nicely renovated, bed was super comfy, they really did a good job on making this property cozy and relaxing! Hot tub was ready to go when we got there!

Beautiful stay

A lovely renovated property. Very clean. Close to the shops and beach. The beds were very comfortable. Everything has been thought of in here. It had everything we could have possibly needed and more, including toys for the kids, a swing set, TV's in the bedrooms, the spa, new bathrooms with soaps etc, clean linen - I could go on for ever. The hosts were lovely and responded promptly to messages. Thanks for the stay, we hope to come back and explore more soon!

Newly renovated, means you will one of the first guests to stay at this property, The location is perfect, being walking distance to the beach but tucked away enough to give you peace and relaxation.
Our large backyard with swing set is great for children, while our hot tub with blue tooth speakers and lighting provides the older children (adults) with some chill out time.

The main bedroom with ensuite is so elegantly presented with beachy themes and a comfortable QS bed.
The 2nd bedroom can be configured to be 2 x king singles or 1 king size bed.
The 3rd bedroom has bunk beds with a trundle and books and toys to keep all ages entertained.
The main bathroom is truly beautiful and spa day inspired.
Every bedroom has a smart tv as well as the lounge room.
Inside and outside dining is provided, with a 10 seater outdoor dining setting.
Our newly renovated kitchen has new appliances, fridge with ice maker and filtered water, coffee machine, milk warmer and all the small appliances you'll need. The pantry is stocked with basic staples and available to all guests.
The house has split system air conditioning as well as evaporative cooling and ducted heating.
Off street parking for up to 3 cars is available. Jet ski off street parking is also available.
