Downtown Fruita! Perfect spot for a large group! This unique set up offers 4 separate units within the same building! Be close to your friends and family....but not too close.
With a vision to restore an early 1900's hotel with a modern twist, we've created a modern funky vibe, while keeping historic elements in every unit. Old bones but modern amenities like extremely fast WIFI and mini split heating/cooling. Onsite Secure Bike Storage!
Pets welcome with an additional $20/night pet fee, up to 2 pet MAX

MTN Biker’s getaway.

Phenomenal, bike-friendly property close to everything you need in Fruita…2 block walk to the local bike shops and grocery stores. Super short walk to local dining options. Added bonus of a garage to store your bikes complete with work stand and basic load of tools.

Perfect

7 guys out for some Mtn biking and hiking. The place had a great configuration for one to many people. We had the main unit and three smaller units. Very comfortable and accommodating. The unit was well stocked. Walkable to the cute downtown wit food and drink plentiful.

Fruita gem

Great place to stay for large groups. Separate units are close together but not too close offering privacy as needed. Everything you need is within walking distance and area was quiet at night. Very clean. Higher end appliances, etc. Good parking. Lodging location easily accessed and central to many activities. Will book again.

Awesome location

We did a friends biking trip and this property worked out great! There was no big table inside where we could all eat but we ate outside at the outdoor tables and in the garage one night when it was cool. We had a blast making it work. The garage was set up great for all the bikes! Rebecca was great to work with and responsive with any questions. It’s a cool old hotel all updated with different rooms. Really fun! We were able to do laundry for our stinky bike clothes. Would definitely recommend

Outstanding Mountain Bike Week With Great Friends

Fabulous accommodations for my 25 annual mountain bike adventure week. The home and it's mountain bike friendly amenities met all of our needs. In addition the location to Fruita's downtown is unmatched. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are all well appointed for our meals, our relaxation and recovery.

Great Location Near Town

A nicely updated / modern looking multi-unit building. We rented 4 units for Thanksgiving and had a ball. The ground floor units were connected (2 of them) and were perfect for hosting the larger group for meals/games, etc. A nice garage is provided with bike racks for securely storing your bike. There was a dog run for the pups - which was perfect for our needs. We'll stay here again - very nice place.

Awesome!

Our family had a great stay. We liked having for separate units for when babies needed some quiet time. Each of the units was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed being within walking distance of the Fruita farmer's market, as well as restaurants and a great grocery store.
