This is a really nice rental for this side of town in Center City. However the rental was not looked after. The refrigerator left hand side door was broken and wouldn’t close without some manipulation. The couches had white stains on them, the bedroom comforter had coffee stains on them and the floor was dirty so your feet showed it. The shower had no caddy or shelving to hold any products, which was a huge challenge. There was also no bath mat provided, so I had to request one.
I had no idea that the bedroom had a full size bed. In the pics it looked like a king bed. It is not even a queen size, which made it tough.
The biggest gripe I had is, we were there for 6 nights, but were given 2 towels for the week. There weren’t enough toiletries for 6 days including soap, shampoo, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent and TP.
The kitchen area was the nicest, with enough utensils and a really pretty backsplash area. There is not nearly enough room in the kitchen to ram in the 4 chairs that were put there, so we had to move them.
Parking attached to the garage was $35/day, but we had to pay it as we needed our car on standby to go places. How expensive!
The pool and amenities on the roof floor were amazing and we used them. And the location is great.
I highly doubt I can recommend this place with having so many negatives. Someone just needs to fix the issues in this rental and to show it some care for it to be a hit.
