Stinky

Got to check in early which was great but after that communication with person in charge was awful. Pretty much no response back. The place had an awful smell to it like old fish. The mattress protector had a huge yellow stain on it. Was it pee? Dunno but repulsive. Not much great things to say when you get the cold shoulder and no response. Highly suggest not staying here

Not Totally Pleased With Cleanliness That I Paid For

We loved the color theme and scripture verses on bath walls and the location was great, however it was apparent that the condo had not been pre-cleaned well before we arrived. I PAID for a cleaning fee, which I assume that means clean before and the cleaning after. FLOORS: There were dead gnats in corners and cob webs in multiple places. BATH AREA: mildew rings around upper rim of commode; approx. 2 tbs of watered down hand soap in one dispenser and the other was totally empty for the bathroom sinks; minimal towels-only 4 washcloths with two of us staying, we each needed to use 1 clean washcloth a day; we had to search for bathtub stopper/plug (found it to be rusty and on floor towards wall between commode and tub); minimal toilet paper. Globes over bulbs above bath sinks not cleaned good. KITCHEN: the oven had burnt crud in the bottom which set off the smoke alarm when we cooked the first time AND the oven apparently has a heating element/sensor problem because it would not stay on to bake our food we had to keep checking and ensuring the baking lite was on; no salt and pepper but had other spices. I have pictures of the cobwebs/dead gnats and the commode mildew.

Okay condo

The place is as pictured. It was a nice place. We wish the air would have worked better, it stayed around 75-78 degrees even at night, would could barely sleep from being miserably hot. There wasn’t anything to clean with, I did straighten everything back up to the way it was before we left, hopefully we don’t get charged a cleaning fee since there was nothing to clean with. Other than those two things it was a nice place, very easy to find, and quiet area.

Cute little place to stay!

Smooth check-in process. Easy access to amenities and close to Branson attractions and Table Rock Lake. The condo was clean and perfect size for my little family of 3.

Title misleading

Very clean and nice condo. However, the pool is a public access pool that is more than 2 blocks from where the condo is and is not very clean. If you’re looking for a place to stay and swim this is not it.

We booked the place because of the cleanness rating. The place was kept up but the flies were a nuisance and I notice a few roaches in the place. We went to the indoor pool and had a hard time entering because the previous guests took the pass. So we decided just to go to the outdoor pool which no one ask for our pass there. Some conservatives thought: Have some backup passes just in case the previous guest run off with them and the next guest are not at the welcome center looking like fools trying to get in the pool. Stay on top of the pest

The property is extremely quiet and peaceful if you are looking for a relaxing getaway from your fast-paced life. This may have been my fault for not asking beforehand, but I was completely unaware that the amenities pictured are roughly a mile from the actual property in which you are staying. As stated before, I should have made an inquiry earlier, but it took quite some time to even find the location in those pictures! It did not end up causing any problems in the long run, but I was unpleasantly surprised that we did not receive the parking passes mentioned nor the card to access the amenities upon arrival. I had to ask the property manager for these and still didn’t receive the proper items. Beautiful property and very clean, just know that you will be driving and/or walking a ways back and forth to utilize any of the amenities mentioned!

Quiet and refreshing

The unit was well decorated, furnished and stocked. The manager was very attentive to answer concerns. The area is quiet, yet close to the Branson attractions.

The unit was well cared for and tastefully decorated. The manager was very quick to care for incidental needs. Our stay was a short one, and we could have benefited from a map of the resort so we knew the location of the activities building and other options.

It was nice

Very cute and homey, they had everything you could need, fans, blankets, pillows, laundry. The only complaint I have it the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all and if you have T-Mobile don’t plan on your service to work. They did give us money to buy some dvd’s with ended up okay because we actually played games and watched movies together and weren’t starting at our phones witch was nice. I couldn’t get the kurig to work and there wasn’t any ground coffee’s for the regular coffee pot. Other then that it was a really nice place very cozy and big enough for the 6 of us me my husband 2 teens and 2 babies.

Perfect 3 day get away

Checkin and directions were easy to understand. Communication with the manager was super fast. Master bed was so comfortable. Pullout couch was as comfortable as a pullout couch can be. Had everything we needed to cook meals. There were board games that made our stay wonderful. Wish the master bedroom had a tv but WiFi made it possible for us to use our laptops and phones so it wasn’t a big deal for us. There were a couple of fans and an extra trundle bed for a fifth person located in the master closet. We will be staying again.

Very nice condo!

I stayed here with my husband, 3-year-old son, and chihuahua. The condo was very clean and pretty. The bed was very comfortable. The location was nice, quiet, and safe. We would definitely stay here again.
