Beautiful country setting!

Small farmhouse in a peaceful country setting. Perfect for couples. Great hosts who’ve thought of everything. Everything was super clean. Comfortable bed too! We had a lovely 3-day stay.

Beautiful, peaceful, and enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at the farm House. It's located in a beautiful area. The house us just right for a couples getaway. We enjoyed the quietness of the area. The house was stocked well with anything you need. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch and just being able to relax.

Heaven on Earth

Our stay was great! The house was beautiful and the hospitality was like none we have ever received. We felt like family! Every little detail in the house was excellent! We will be back to stay! The outdoor landscape was breathtaking!

Outstanding

This was a gem to stay in. Love the secluded area. It was clean, cozy, and quiet. We arrived on Christmas Day that evening. The decorations they put up made it feel so personal and like we were at home. They were very nice and welcoming to us. We will be back.

Peaceful Stay

You can tell the owners really care for this property. True craftsmanship and quality materials were used to build this lovely little cabin. We just checked out yesterday and I already miss that awesome shower! Roxanne met us at the cabin on check in and gave some wonderful suggestions for things to do in the area, along with a welcome gift. All we wanted was a quiet weekend away from home and that’s exactly what we got. Would absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone staying in the area.

Amazing visit!

I drove down from Ohio to visit family for the holidays. After a LONG drive, I was glad I booked The Farmhouse on the Hill. This place is small but makes up with it's grand Charm!Clean and Beautifully furnished, this house give a modern cabin vibe that I'm sure everyone woul enjoy.The scenery and atmosphere is amazing. Early mornings watching the sunrise while drinking coffee (or tea) is something magical for sure.The owners are nothing but kind. They really reinforce the Southern Charm and Hospitality to a gold standard. Sandy and Roxanne, thank you for the wonderful stay in your home.

Wonderful !

Recently stayed at this fabulous home in Lawndale. It was spotless, decorated beautiful and adorable. My sister and I had a wonderful time and intend to return hopefully in the future. I am telling others about this gem but not too many.. LOL We don't want it to be rented all the time so we can come again. Owners were very attentive and nice. Overall was one of the best rentals I have ever made. Thank you Roxanne and Sandy!

Perfection!

The Farmhouse on the Hill is a charming hidden secret in the lovely foothills of NC. It was very relaxing and serene. The kitchen view captured cows grazing on a distant hillside and while sitting on the front porch, two horses strolled by in the pasture directly across the road. The Farmhouse is lovingly decorated and maintained. It is very comfortable and clean. The perfect spot to relax. Everything that I needed to enjoy my stay was provided (and was unexpected). These little extras made my trip even more enjoyable. The gas fireplace was my favorite and most used amenity since it was unseasonably chilly and rainy. It was very easy to operate. There is nothing more welcoming than a fire. The shower was an amazing treat. Very decadent. The hosts are a lovely and sweet couple. They knew I was a little uneasy traveling alone (I lost my husband two months ago), and they assured me that they were close by. I felt safe and welcome and I'm grateful that they checked on me. I felt that I was home. I was sad when I left this precious farmhouse this morning because I could've stayed there forever. Thank you so much for everything Sandy & Roxanne. I can't wait to visit again soon!

Weekend Getaway

Everything was absolutely perfect at the Farmhouse!! The pictures don’t do justice how cute and charming this cabin is. My fiancé and I were in town for a wedding and chose to stay here over a hotel and I am glad we did! Roxanne was very helpful and wonderful! We hope to be back!

Perfect Couples Getaway in the Peaceful Country

This is a great spot to get away from the big city and actually see the stars at night. We enjoyed our weekend here. The place is clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The owners are friendly and available if you need anything. We did a day trip to South Mountain State Park and hiked to the waterfall there, which was beautiful. The local BBQ place in Fallston is excellent, too.

Pure Perfection 💗

This home was exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway. Everything was perfect. The front porch was wonderful to take in all of Gods beauty on this property. The sunsets are out of this world in the evenings. We loved hearing the birds and watching them go from birdhouse to birdhouse. It was amazing. Oh and must I say the shower is just “wow” I loved it. The homeowners are very prompt with any questions you may have. We will definitely be back.

Farmhouse on the Hill

We love staying at the Farmhouse on the Hill in Lawndale, NC. We have stayed there a couple of times and are planning another trip in June. The cabin is very nice and clean and has everything you need to make the stay a pleasant one. The hosts are very friendly and helpful in giving information on the area and the special places to go. We always look forward to staying at the Farmhouse when visiting our children and grandchildren.
