Paid amenities include beach access, water taxi, swimming pool, fishing, playgrounds, hiking, and biking trails. There are additional fees for other community services and amenities
- NOTE: In the event of a PG&E power outage, this home has a Generac power generator, which will automatically start and power the basic amenities of the home (lights, fans, refrigerator, stove, microwave, internet router, etc)
