The room also offers a large private sunken sitting area with a walk-in closet. Bedroom two and three both offer king beds while the fourth bedroom has two full beds. You will find a separate large coat room, game center and art space off the main living room.

Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV and high-definition cable. The Yellow Door on Shadow Mountain offers central heating and air conditioning throughout and ceiling fans in each bedroom as well as the dining area. The large gourmet kitchen boasts an induction stove top, two ovens, ice machine, and large refrigerator and freezer. There are two separate prep areas with their own sinks and island seating for the perfect for gathering space.

There is 3,916 square feet of space for you to spread your wings. Skylights throughout the space create a bright open feeling. The vaulted living room is a perfect place to gather in front of the classically mid-century fireplace. The estate has many outdoor seating areas for relaxing and soaking up the desert sun. No worries as your car will be shaded while parked in the two car garage.

The Yellow Door on Shadow Mountain is truly an entertainer’s delight with a private four hole putting green, ½ basketball court, wine cave, pool, separate in ground spa, ping pong table and game room nearly the size of a bedroom. There are canyons and trails close by for novice to expert level hiking. You can meander through oasis groves of desert palms, streams and desert waterfalls at Tahquitz Canyon Trail and or Indian Canyon Trails. The home is within walking distance to magnificent shopping and restaurants on the famous El Paseo.
