Vår härliga villa ligger på Solana Resort Community som ligger på US27 mellan 192 och I4. Beläget i det som kallas "Gyllene triangeln" av semester villor. Samhället ligger nära Disney, shoppingområden och flera golfbanor i mästerskapet. Att vara nära I4 ger enkel tillgång till stränderna på Västgolfkusten samt Busch Gardens och norrut till Orlando själv och rymdcentret.

Great place to stay in central location!

Place was in a great location and had plenty of room for the whole family. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only things I would change would be more towels and rags and not all the lights seened to be working either replace light bulbs or label the switches better so you would know better how to turn the lights on other thsn that the place was greatforfor bathing and also all

Upon arrival, the home was very welcoming, clean and spacious. We had a group of 12, 6 adults and 6 kids. There was enough space and privacy for everyone. The house was supplied with basics, toiletries, dishes, linens, etc. Would stay again. basics

Great stay overall

Very clean and spacious house. Great community to walk around. Nice size pool and spa tub. Only issue we had is that we paid for pool heat and expected it to be warm but yet it was still cold in the pool each day. Also expected the spa tub to be warmer but it was same temperature as the pool. 160 we expected to be warm and enjoyable. My kids did not get to enjoy the pool as wanted to. Was part of there Christmas gift. Relaxing vacation with nice warm pool water. But other than that it was great house. Pool table and ping pong in the garage.

Very nice place to stay!

We stayed here prior to racing Ironman 70.3 in Haines City with our kids and grandkids. The home was as advertised with pretty much everything you'd need for a stay. Kids really enjoyed the toys, ping pong, & pool table in the garage.Checking in took some time. We had to go to main clubhouse to get parking passes but there wasn't anyone there. Called the number on the counter and then someone came in from pool area. Not a big deal. We brought our Amazon FireStick but couldn't use it in master bedroom. Wifi wasn't fast enough. Not a big deal though.The rest of the family used the pool at the clubhouse, we didn't. We didn't use the pool at the house as we didn't know it was an extra cost. Should've asked, I guess.Overall, had a great time though!

Great house

Great house in a nice locked community. We had a few issues like the first night all the smoke detectors were beeping but the property manager was quick to fix it the next day. The other issues we had was the pool was freezing cold and the tub they say is a hot tub is not a hot tub it’s just a jetted tub that’s the same temperature as the pool so that was not a nice surprise. There was also little bugs around the sink in the kitchen but not a big deal little things to be expected. One big think I didn’t like was how easy the doors could get locked we ended up getting locked out of the bedroom and I had to climb through the window to unlock the door and the bathroom door got locked as well and it stayed that way our whole trip dispute telling the property manger

10/5 -10/12 vacation

Wish we would have got to enjoy this property longer, but Hurricane Milton had other plans so we cut our week short. The time we spent at the property we enjoyed. Plenty of space for our group.

Perfect Disney Trip

We stayed at this location for our 1 year olds firat Disney trip and it was perfect. Its just outside of the busy Orlando area and the house was clean and in working order. The check in and out was easy and the guards at the gate were all very nice. Theres plenty of local stores including a publix right down the road that makes staying off disney property easy. The couches in the living room are a bit worn out and sag but we did not mind very much. I would recommend this location and company and would stay here again. 10/10

NO REFRIGERATOR

The first morning we woke up we did a large grocery order. During the morning we noticed the fridge was not getting cold. In the VISITORS BOOK it states to wait 24 hours before calling anyone and to give time for adjusting. After 24 hours I called. and was told I should have called earlier it’s too late. I explained I spent almost $500 in groceries. They sent Brian over who stayed the fridge was shot and needed to be replaced. He reported this to Eve. THE FRIDGE DID NOT AARIBE UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE WE WERE LEAVING! We lost all our food, spent more money on a cooler ice and more food only to be refused REIMBURSEMENT WE WERE OFFERD $100 if we promised not to do a bad review! I reached out again and asked to be compensated and fot the same offer!! We spent at least an additional $260-$300! So sad!! I will be going to small claims court if I don’t receive a decent refund soon!!

Welcome Home

The home was immaculate, welcoming, and just the right size for our family. The owner was very responsive throughout. When we arrived earlier than planned, the gate guard needed approval to allow us to check in early. Again, the owner was very responsive. The guards are also very friendly.

Family vacation get away

Our kids range from 4 to 14 and they all enjoyed this home for our week in Florida. It provided everyone with enough space and privacy with 4 bathrooms so that everyone was comfortable. My youngest was in the pool all week. Getting the heat for the pool was well worth it and provided us with a great way to start and end most days with quality family time. When our week was up, everyone was left wishing would could stay for another.

Good location but beat up

Homeowner was ok to respond (took a day or two). Property management was terrible. Never available and basically told us we’re on our own with the issues of the house. No dishwasher for two weeks. When it was installed, it was not properly secured. They were supposed to return but never did. The house was definitely a rental, very well used to put it nicely. Tables, chairs and one couch should be replaced. Beds and cooking pans were good. House was cleaned upon our arrival but not to our level of cleanliness. I won’t rent this place again.

Disney vacation

The house was nice but is in need of updating and dusting. Couch was broken. Had flying ants in the bathrooms by the pool and all in the pool. Sent out an exterminator the next day that took care of those but I had to clean the whole pool. The next day after we got back from a long day at animal kingdom the air was not working. Texted maintenance and was talked through on how to fix the problem u til air guy came out. All in all it was a nice house.

2 day stay

Booking and checkin process was very easy, house was what I expected from the picture on the booking app. Pool was clean and house came with things you may need for your stay. Close to the main strip so you don’t have to travel far for shopping.

Nice house in nice location

Enjoyed our stay in this house. I like that the lanai has the morning sun. Management and owner were very good to deal with. If you had a question they got back to you promptly. Plan to go back next year.

Nice Getaway

Home was very nice. Liked the layout for multiple families, but unfortunately due to the coronavirus we had a 5 bedroom home to ourselves since vacation plans got changed. Owner was very good to deal with. Got response from her within minutes. Hopefully next year things will work out and we can do the things that we had planned for this year. We will be back God willing.

Needs some TLC and had a problem with small master bedroom the entire time.

Pros: Spacious, plenty of room for our family of 7. Quick response from the manager. Cons: The smaller master restroom had a problem from the moment we arrived. The sink had been broken by the previous renter. We were notified by a knock at the door when we arrived. The sink was not fixed until Thursday (arrived Saturday) and was not usable until then. Thursday happen to be a day we were not at the park. Water had to be turned off several times- not convenient when you are present. After they fixed the sink- (entire vanity had to be replaced), they removed the toilet during the process and then toilet started running -wasn't noticed until after the worker left. Notified management and they requested we turn water to toilet off- was not fixed before we left. - Bathroom grout needs some serious TLC. - The security at the gate is incredibly rude! -There are signs located on toilets, air conditioner, dryer........ All very if you do this and you will be charged for that. Just gave a bad vibe. -They are VERY serious that they leave you basically NOTHING. There was 1 roll of toilet paper in each restroom. I small bar of soap in the larger master rest and that was it. Bring ALL your supplies. I get that it say you are responsible in bringing stuff, but they are really cheap on this. The Internet went out several times and they were very quick in trying to fix it but is was a problem for several days. Honestly we didn't walk in the backyard and look at the pool.

Needs TLC

Home was beautiful but in serious need of TLC. Bbq was filthy' we ended up not using it even though we paid extra 40 to use it. Garbage Disposal leaked when used Bottom of pool was filthy Bedroom dressers ( 2 twin rooms) broken grout in one bathroom was disgusting Master King Bed no support, sagged, woke up with horrible back pain Rooms were hot, had to buy extra fans because we couldnt lower ac below 73. ( house rules, had we known that I would stayed elsewhere)
