Vår villa rymmer bekvämt upp till 8 gäster och ligger i Solana Resort, som är en prestigefylld gated community på US 27, vilket ger enkel tillgång till alla stora lokala attraktioner (Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Orlando Resort, LEGOLAND Orlando, bara för att nämna en få), liksom öst- och västkusten. Vår villa erbjuder två fantastiska sovrum. Den första master-sviten har direkt tillgång till poolområdet och inkluderar en king size-säng med eget badrum och en klädkammare. Den andra master-sviten har en queen size-säng, ett badrum med badrum och stor garderob. Det tredje och fjärde sovrummet har två enkelsängar med gott om garderobsutrymme och delar det tredje badrummet. Alla 4 sovrummen är utrustade med stor platt-TV.

Det finns ett fullt utrustat kök med alla apparater och redskap du behöver och du har valet av informell inomhusmat i matplatsen med 6 sittplatser, samt ett frukostbord med 4 sittplatser, eller uteservering under den täckta Lanai vid slå samman. En grill finns också för din njutning.

Adult-Get-A-Way

The house was everything as advertised, we had 6 adults that really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Home was very clean and comfortable. Having the Clubhouse was a plus, we were able to use work out equipment daily. Owner was easy to contact if I had any questions. We would definitely rent again.

Great location and property

My family and I always have a great time in Florida and we have always stayed at a Solana Resort home. Oasis Villa hosts are very responsive and the house was immaculate! Close to shopping, Disney, Cocoa Beach and everything else one might need. We will definitely be back!

Great Location!

We recently stayed at this property, and would recommend it to anyone. We surprised our kids with a trip to Disney World, but wanted to have our own space at the end of the day. The kids were in the pool daily! Great property!

Disney Vacation

Everything was great, the property was as advertised and very well maintained, and the owner was very responsive. This is our second time staying and we would stay again in the future. The only drawback is the property distance from Disney, but we knew that when we booked. It’s not too far away, but we could’ve gotten something closer

Great Villa in Davenport

First time staying in Davenport. I don’t think I’d stay anywhere else now. The villa was absolutely beautiful! You can tell as soon as you enter that Lorina and John (and their Property Mgmt company) take a lot of pride in their home. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Our twin granddaughters practically lived in the pool. John and the property mgmt team were so incredibly responsive on a couple of very very minor issues - both resolved within minutes. I would absolutely recommend this wonderful home for anyone who wants a very well maintained quiet home for their next vacation. We will absolutely be back. Thank you Lorina and John for allowing us to rent your beautiful home.

Beautiful home!! Great place to stay!

We had 2 14 year olds and 2 17 year olds along with myself and my mother. The rooms were perfect for our group, loved that the dining room Table was perfect for us to eat together!! The pool was clean and temperature perfect!!! The game room was great for the kids! It was a perfect location, easy to get to all the different attractions we went too!

Very nice house, near everything.

Great experience. We tend to stay in this area and this was the perfect house for our family. Nice decor, house and pool were clean. Had a question for the property owner when we got there and he not only called but followed up with text. Nice gated community near the parks and relatively close to both coasts. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect retreat

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was very clean and comfortable. The pool and spa were a highlight of each day. Travel to theme parks was easy and stores for groceries and other last minute items were very close. I recommend Lake Louisa state park within 20 minutes and a nice break from theme parks. All in all, our only regret is not spending more time at the villa enjoying the pool!

Family Vacation

We Stayed at this Property Last August and the property was spot on with the way it's described in the description of the home. The property was clean, the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was just what we needed to keep our 4 children happy in the hot wheather as they didn't want to visit the beaches after finding out that salt water is actually salty lol.

Owner was very responsive. We ended up wanting the pool heated after we arrived. He was able to turn on remotely. Location was convenient to shopping.

A LOVELY HOUSE TO STAY NEAR DISNEY

THE HOUSE WAS LOVELY SPOTLESS CLEAN AND A BEAUTIFUL OUT LOOK OF THE RESORT THE POOL AND JACUZZI (WE HAD HEATED FOR THIS TIME OF THE YEAR) WAS A GOD SEND AT THE END OF THE DAY AFTER THE PARKS ( BETEEN 25/35 MINS AWAY),THE ROSORT GATE SECURITY WAS TOP NOTCH ,WE HOPE TO RETURE AGAIN AND LOOK FOWARD TO RENTING THIS LOVELY HOUSE ,,,LAWRENCE

Dream Holiday:)

Property was perfect and the pool and hot tub was amazing to come back to on an evening after a lot of walking during the day. The villa provided every thing we needed and more. Only constructive feedback I could give is that it could do with a bit of a deep clean in some areas like down sides of the cushions on sofa and under bed ets. Also replace some of the damaged / worn blinds. The Villa is located pretty Central for most things. Security on gates 24/7 give piece of mind. Close to a number of shops and restaurants. Owner very responsive and helpful. I would be very happy to stay hear again and would happily recommend

The house was located in a great gated community with great amenities. We didn’t use the amenities of the community because the house itself had great pool for the kiddo to enjoy. The house was very clean and spacious. The host John was fantastic he helped with any questions we had right away. We will definitely use this property again. Five stars all the way

Perfect!

We have stayed at Solana many times and this property was my favorite! It was very clean, roomy, and had everything we needed for our 6 night stay. The beds were comfortable and we loved the pool, spa, and game room. Check-in process was smooth and the instructions provided prior to arrival were detailed and easy to follow. The community was quiet, beautifully landscaped, and safe. The community pool, mini golf course, volleyball net, and tiki bar were very entertaining! Communication with the owners and property management company was stellar. Everything was absolutely perfect and we can’t wait to go back!

A great villa in a wonderful community

We had a wonderful family holiday at the Oasis Villa. The villa is well furnished and exactly as described. Our kids had hours of fun in the pool and were thoroughly entertained in the games room. The access to Netflix etc. was a real bonus, especially during periods of poor weather and also in evenings! Communication with John and the management company was so straightforward from start to finish. Security and Solana clubhouse staff are also really friendly and helpful. Having stayed in various communities, Solana is one of the best in the area!

Lovey FL Home

The property was modern and nice with a lot of entertainment options in-home (pool, game room, etc). We had an amazing time and felt comfortable. One small complaint is that we didn't know quiet time in the neighborhood began at 11PM. One of the bedrooms is street-side and neighbors played their music loudly and hooped until the curfew every night. It was a little tough with our plans to gate-drop early at parks. Otherwise it was clean and had everything we needed.

Florida Bliss

This property satisfied the complete needs of 4 adults and 4 children. Pool and hot tub was perfect temp for relaxing in after a long day sightseeing, John was the the best owner I have ever had to deal with. His response time and actions on questions and minor issues was superb. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun in the sun

I have been renting homes in the Davenport area for more than 17 years and this is one of the few times that there were no surprises with this home. Everything was as listed...the home was clean and had all the amenities necessary for a great stay. The pool and spa were excellent along with the use of the grill without an additional fee. The home is showing some minor signs of wear and tear, but nothing that affected our stay. The location was quiet and the use of the club house was wonderful. I would stay here again and highly recommend this property.

Amazing

Although the review states to talk about the property, our overall experience was fantastic. To start, the location of this home was perfect for our stay! We were able to enjoy all that this property has to offer. Even if you didn't want to be close to the parks, there is much to do on the resort itself. Walking into the home itself everything appeared better than expected. It was spacious, clean, and very well kept. Any questions/concerns we had were promptly answered by the owner and John was incredible to work with. We have saved this property for future stays!

Great place to stay

The house was everything it said it was. It was a perfect fit for the 6 of us. The grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The drive to Disney isn’t far. The I4 is congested for about 5-6 minutes then flows along. The owner responds quickly if you have any problems. I would recommend this house gladly.

Perfect

From the moment we booked until our arrival and departure everything was easy to do and perfect for our family vacation! The house was beautiful with everything we needed .. kids loved hanging at the house just as much as going out lol. The owners are so friendly and easy to contact at any moment! It’s only a 15 minute drive to Disney and is surrounded by restaurants and all amenities you need ! Overall this house was exceptional and we will definitely be booking again when we return! Thanks for making our family vacation perfect!

Perfekt feriedestinasjon

Vi er en familie på 5 som leide denne boligen i to uker som en del av vår sommerferie. Veldig fornøyd med destinasjonen Orlando og Solana ligger veldig perfekt til det meste man ønsker å gjøre på en ferie. Huset har et fantastisk basseng som ble flittig benyttet av små og store. Huset har alt du trenger og var rent og pent :) booker gjerne her igjen.

We live in Waterdown, Canada and we fell in love with the Walt Disney World area from our first vacation and we never grew bored of this part of Florida. There are so many things to do, from going to the amusement or water parks (and there are so many), to visiting Orlando or going to the nearby beaches (our favorite is Siesta Key) or just enjoying a quiet day in the sun by the pool, Central Florida never disappointed us.

After renting properties in different resorts over the years, we chose Solana Resort as the place where we would like our vacation home to be. The resort is not very big, it is very well maintained, with beautiful grounds and just few miles away from Disney Parks, golf courses, shopping malls and restaurants.
