Detta vagnhus gränsar till Glacier National Park, Flathead-flodens mittgaffel och Great Bear Wilderness. Det ger ett bra basläger för din familjesemester. Vi är lika avstånd mellan ingångarna i East & West Glacier National Park.
Vagnshuset har två våningar. Denna våning har också ett komplett badrum, ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och en tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Den andra våningen är ett loft som ett utrymme med en queen size-rullabädd, som enkelt gömmer sig bort i det rymliga vardags- / nöjesområdet. Kök i full storlek som inkluderar en äta i kroken med utsikt över Rocky Mountains. Bekvämt på denna våning finns ytterligare 1/2 bad. Två balkonger, en täckt med en propangrill och ett litet bord, och en direkt utanför fronten ger en avkopplande plats för kaffe på morgonen. På vintern krullas upp runt inomhusspisen, under vårsommaren och hösten njuta av ett fullt utrustat utomhuslägereld. Making Memories!

My wife and I so enjoyed the Carriage House! Everything we needed was provided for a wonderful five night stay. We loved the decor and the cabin feel. Tucked away off Hwy 2 in just enough woods to get that secluded feel, but still close enough to get where we wanted to go. Roz greeted us upon arrival to make sure our accommodations were just right. A true home away from home. Very nice!

Highly recommend this cozy haven in the woods!!

Our family absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful carriage house! We were thankful to be in the middle of both the east and west sides of Glacier National Park so we could easily go both places. The space was super clean and very warm and inviting. Roz was always so responsive to my questions - she honestly could not have been more accommodating. One of our all-time favorite vacation rentals for sure!

Great Stay!

Cozy Stay

Cozy place set back from a main highway/road. Directions given by host to get to the home were very helpful. There was plenty of necessities on the property (towels, kitchen utensils, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner, etc). The wifi worked pretty well. The stay was about 1 hour from east glacier NP and 35 mins from west glacier. Very hospitable host, would stay here again!

Cozy stargazing cabin

I cannot put into words how amazing our stay was! The cabin is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation to Glacier. The bed is soooo soft, the wooden decor is beautiful, and there are plenty of board games to play while you enjoy the quiet forest. The scenery is stunning. My partner and I stargazed every night and even saw the Milky Way and so many shooting stars that we lost count. Amazing place to feel peace and solitude. We will be back!

Great location and lots of room

Glacier stay

This place was great! Rental was right in the middle of east and west glacier entrances. The owners were kind and sent us home with huckleberry jam! Would stay here again!

Perfect spot for a stay while at Glacier National

Wonderful, comfortable and cozy accommodations that were extremely clean. When returning to Glacier National, we’d certainly stay here again. It was safest we ever felt, with the possibility of bears being in the vicinity. Jack & Barb

Nice place.

Clean, beautiful construction, very secluded (but trains passing 24 hours a day only a few yards away). Great place for maximum of 4 people. Centrally located for both East and West park entrance although still a fair drive away. All amenities for cooking. Would definitely stay here again. Hosts very kind and accommodating.

Baker visit

My wife and I had owned and managed a vacation rental and we understand the trials of that business and we appreciate every thing they do to make our stay comfortable and worry free. And they did - our home away from home. The first day we had a problem with a flat tire and the helped us get back to our vacation with hardly any time lost. My wife loves a clean place and their rental exceeded her expectations which is very difficult for most to do. At the age of 76 we are knocking off a number of our bucket list items so we probably won’t returned to glacier again but if we did we would return here.

Cozy cabin at a great location!

We had a great time at this cabin. It was very cozy and very clean. I enjoyed the views from the balcony. The train tracks are too close to the cabin. Other than that, everything was great!

Beautiful and Peaceful. Great Location.

We took the train to the Essex, MT station, had a Turo waiting there and drove the 2 miles to this beautiful location. The carriage house was simple and welcoming. The host had great personal touches. Because this is halfway from the St. Mary's and West Glacier entrances to the park we had our pick everyday of where to go.

We both grew up and have spent our lives in Montana. We went to school owned a small business and raised three great kids in Valier, Montana. Once the kids were grown, and off to college, we started a new adventure and moved to Billings. We have lived in a lot of towns in Montana but the mountains were calling us home. Our favorite place to be was in Glacier National Park and we were thrilled to be able to own property in this beautiful location . We bought the property in 2003 and couldn’t wait to get started on our cabin. We built the cabin and recently finished the carriage house. We now live here full time and hope that you enjoy this area as much as we do!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have always loved the area around Glacier National Park. When our kids were growing up, our vacations were spent in Glacier. Each year, we look forward to taking a drive over Going to the Sun Road, one of the most beautiful and scenic drives in the world. We still enjoy spending time on the east side of Glacier Park, especially at Two Medicine, St. Mary and Many Glacier. Our favorite places on the west side include Apgar, Lake McDonald Fish Creek. Now being able to live halfway in between East and West Glacier is a dream come true.
