Stor övre däck är perfekt för friska luften middagar.
BBQ på däck medan du tittar på den fridfulla (icke vakna zonen) delen av sjön nedanför. Vi är på djupa sidan av sjön nära dammen.

Family fun getaway

Excellent stay at Bass Lake. Beautiful location, home and breathtaking lake view! My family and I had an excellent time. The house was equipped with everything you need. I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone.

Home away from home

Home had everything we needed and expected. Air conditioning worked excellent which is very important in the month of July. The best feature was the beautiful lake view. Property is located near all the local amenities. We hope to return next yearWeWewetohopetoreturn

Vacation with the grandkids

What a great property and hosts. Beautiful home just a short walk to the lake and private marina with boat slip. We all had a great time using rhe dock for swimmimg and was so convenient to have the boat slip. Home is outfitted with every amenity. 2 gorgeous decks with BBQ, a wonderful spot to enjoy morning coffee and watch sunsets over the lake. Hosts were amazing offering the use of chairs, floats, fishing poles etc. Nick graciously called to share a wealth of information about the area. Our family had a great time and will definitely be back. What a joy having this wonderful home to use for our vacation with the grandkids Would highly reommemd this home for your visit to Bass Lake !!! Great home great hosts!

Great weekend with a great location

Family enjoyed the stay and would do so again. Great views from the deck and nice size for the family. Owners were super responsive and friendly hosts! Only call out is the driveway is steep and water is close but the boat slip is better if driven to, minor items in comparison to the fun had!

Father's Day weekend fun

Awesome stay

This property was great for my family of six! We enjoyed the location as it offered lake views which you could enjoy from the deck. The paddle boards that were available to use were a hit with my family. Just a great location and close to Yosemite too! Can’t go wrong with renting this property.

Bass Lake Summer

My family and I loved this house and the proximity to the lake. Having a boat slip to use was very convenient as well. We love visiting Bass Lake and would definitely stay here again. The house was clean and comfortable for our family of 5.

Another great summer vacation!

So much to love about this wonderful home . . . beautiful lake view, new appliances, air conditioning, deep water dock on quiet waters that's perfect for swimming, a garage filled with fun lake toys and a very comfortable and nicely decorated family room for relaxing after a day on the lake. This is our second time vacationing at this home and it just gets better every year!

Amazing summer lake vacation!

The house was perfect for our family! There were 8 of us spending the week at the lake and we had an amazing time. The boat slip was so helpful and the water was just a short walk down the hill. We had an amazing time and I wouldn’t change a thing!

A great Christmas weekend

Cozy, clean, spacious cottage

This was my families first time at Bass lake & we had the best time! We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cozy spacious cottage! It was so clean & better than described! The beds were very comfortable with plentiful pillows & blankets. It got pretty hot in Aug, so it was nice to have the option of air conditioning. The upper deck was our spot to rest & enjoy the lovely view of the lake & pine trees. It was nice to have access to the lake from the private dock. We drove the paddle boards down to the dock, as it is a pretty steep uphill climb to carry them back up. The driveway is very steep & to walk from the house to the water & back would required you to be in good fit condition without back or hip issues. But even if you did, you can just as easily drive yourself where you need to go. If you were to walk, the main road that you need to cross seemed a bit dangerous with speeding drivers & at times heavy traffic flow, so watch your children. We enjoyed the lake so much! It was so nice to have available all kinds of fun water toys! We enjoyed Paddle boarding, swimming, floating. We rented jet ski’s. My husband tried to fish, but was unsuccessful. My daughter caught a small Blue Gil with a worm very early, over by the falls. The cottage was a close drive to town & has a stocked grocery store & other cute little souvenir stores. Overall this was an amazing rental & perfect host. I would highly recommend this spot for a summer getaway. Thank you!

Great property!

We were looking to get up to Bass Lake for a few days and we end up finding this great property. Off the lake, but an easy walk to their dock and boat slip. Or you can drive all the toys down to the dock and spend the day swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. This house has all the toys you need.

Nice place almost right on Bass Lake

This place was really nice. It's just off Bass Lake (about a block away from the water) and the owners have paddle boards and inflatables that you can use (but return it!). It was fun swimming in Bass Lake after a day of hiking. This a really good location and a nice place. It's not too big, so it wouldn't be good for a large group of people but we had 4 and had plenty of room. It was very clean and all around just a really good place to stay.

We originally found Bass Lake in 2009, & instantly fell in love with it.

We had always camped & frequented desert lakes, but Mom being raised on east coast still yearned for Forests ...set on installing a zip line, for the kids.

We did at first in a much smaller forest home nearby, but sadly that forest was taken by the big Courtney Fire. Destroying our dream and many neighbors.

But....Moms not a quitter.

Dad dreamed of owning a home with a boat slip in Marine View, the no wake zone, side of Bass. He didn't have to swim out, to launch, carry friends' dogs, junk,or scour a rental slip.

Mom being taught by her Navy dad to hunt for the right piece of property, no matter how long it took, finally discovered this home, during the mortgage crisis,

Within our budget & quickly fixing it up, (Moms love & talents), it became our new vacation home, away from the hustle & bustle.

14 long years of hunting areas & working long days to achieve ownership, landed us here.

We want others to be able to share in the joy and beauty of nature and create long lasting family and friendship memories ...just like we have.

Our kids will never forget the summer days on the lake & cool snowy mountain winters at Badger Pass.

Both our children went on to be Environmental Science Majors in College grsduating with Honors, after seeing forest destruction first hand and up close, We are proud of them.

We love hosting, as everyone who chooses our home to stay, feels like family to us. You picked our home for a reason. It felt right. We hope your family & friends. enjoy it as much as we have!

It's in the No Wake Zone part of lake for safer swimming and solitude. Except major Holidays like 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend and sometimes even New Year's Eve. It can get pretty busy.

You will instantly feel at home here, with everything you need to enjoy a hassle free, family vacation, to create long lasting memories. Including beach chairs, Onsite Laundry and BBQ on the Deck with Hammocks! Just bring your food, family and friends!
