Beach Safety: During your stay, please do your part to help save the sea turtles. Sea turtles are protected by federal, state, county, and city acts and ordinances. You can help by keeping the beach dark at night, picking up litter and potential barriers, reporting any issues you discover, and being mindful of sea turtle nesting areas, which are present from March to October. Cashless Resort
There is no cash available at this resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

Construction Updates
Beginning Sept. 8. to Nov. 25, 2025, Vistana Beach Club will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.

In addition, the South end of our Ocean Front Building will undergo extensive concrete work during this time which will involve noisy concrete demolition at times, and workers moving around guest areas, particularly at the South end of Building 1. We are sorry for the inconvenience during this time.

General Property Updates
On-site parking is $15 daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner stays and other vacation ownership package reservations.

If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They'll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.

MULLIGANS BEACH HOUSE BAR & GRILL

A long-time, family-friendly favorite, Mulligans Beach House Bar & Grill is a delightful neighborhood restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Located 3 miles away in downtown Jensen Beach (and right on the Indian River) you’ll get great views and a menu featuring fresh seafood, wraps, salads and the locally famous Pirate’s Passion—a tasty cocktail served in a souvenir coconut. Bring the kids on Thursday evening for Family Night, complete with balloons and face painting.

BROCK’S SURFSIDE GRILL & PIZZERIA

Voted Best Pizza in Stuart, Brock’s is a local Italian favorite found less than two miles from the resort. Best known for its pizza, you’ll also find a large selection of delicious burgers, sandwiches and homemade lunch and dinner specials.
