Simple, cosy, spacious,absolute waterfront house, with an enviable East-facing aspect, you’ll be spoilt with picture-perfect, panorama views from almost every room in this incredible property. The sheer size and location of this property is second to none, making it the ultimate escape for families and groups of friends.

Wake up and watch the magnificent sunrise from your bed, or sit on the balcony with your cup of coffee and listen to the birds sing. When it comes to unforgettable holidays, this waterfront spacious home ticks all the boxes for the ultimate lake escape.
With an incredible five bedrooms and three generously sized bathrooms, the property can comfortably house up to 10 guests at a time, across 3 queen beds and 2 double bed.
* All disruptive parties and events are prohibited by Airbnb
* Our Neighbour’s are our first line of defence against loud celebrations and they will complain!
Guest access
You will have access to the entire property during your stay.
Other things to note
Not suitable for Pets!
Safety: Please note there is direct access to the lake from the property. This property also has two levels, with balconies on both levels of the property. Children have to be supervised at all times and use of any of the areas is at the guests own risk.
Kayaks: WE have kayaks for our PERSONAL use and don’t
mind if used by guests. The use is at guests OWN RISK and as above children have to be supervised. We advise to not use them if not a confident swimmer or confident around water.
Please note that currently, the stairs that lead to the private jetty is under construction. As a safety reminder, please be careful and no kids should pass the gate without an adult.
Jetty: While the home has a jetty, the water is not very deep. Neighbours mourn their boats further out and access properties via their own dinghy.
Best Boat Ramp: Mannering Park Boat ramp which is a short 2 minute drive away from the house.
Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Please particularly keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.
Age Limit: Please note that we do not accept reservations for groups with travellers under the age of 23 years old unless a a specific exception has been approved. If you are a family travelling with supervised children you can proceed with the booking.
Supplies: A complimentary starter items will be provided that includes to get you started including tea, INSTANT coffee, sugar, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
Please note : 1 high chair and 1 Porta Cot provided ( No Sheets) please bring own baby blanket/ bedding for cot !
Damage::;Guests are responsible for any damages to property and furniture.
