The adjacent dining room has seating for six with a patio and grill space just outside. Continue through to the vaulted ceiling living room with a new 20-foot dry stack mountain modern gas fireplace. The living room also features new designer artwork on the walls as well as floor-to-ceiling wool drapes with Mohair trim and silhouette shading.

There is a queen guest bedroom on the main floor and a bathroom with a shower. Head upstairs to find a king guest bedroom and ensuite with a walk-in shower. Across the catwalk hall lies the king main bedroom and ensuite with dual vanity and steam shower. The ensuite bathrooms have also been upgraded with new marble and porcelain finishes.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
- There is one labeled parking space outside.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
- This property does not accommodate service animals due to homeowner health issues.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
