Welcome to Elizabeth Lodge with Spa Walk to beach!
This fabulous home is set up to impress and ensure your comfort all year round, you will love your time at this modern 3 bedroom holiday house that has been styled to perfection by our talented Property Mum team.
Walk to the beach and restaurants.
Full reverse cycle air conditioning throughout.
Heated spa.
Indoor and outdoor living, both with fireplaces plus a fire pit.
Great sized enclosed yard with security gated entrance.
Sleeping two families comfortably (up to 8 guests)
Pets welcome, free wifi and linen
All on one level so perfect for the entire family. We have a light and bright living space with modern fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace and smart tv.
The living area leads out to the outdoor living space with full blinds to protect you from insects at night. This area has an outdoor dining table and outdoor lounge set, wood fireplace, bbq plus a smart tv. It overlooks the spa and back yard which makes it perfect for kids playing and parents enjoying their time together.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with queen bed, large en-suite (split system air conditioning)
Bedroom 2: Queen bed (split system air conditioning)
Bedroom 3: King Single bunks and king single bed plus floor mattress (single) if required. (split system air conditioning)
Dedicated study area with desk.
Fully fenced yard with security gate at the entrance.
Well behaved pets welcome with prior arrangement
Walk to the beach in 700 metres, a little further and you are at cafes and restaurants. We are the perfect central base on the Mornington Peninsula.

Peninsula Hot Springs
St Andrews Brewery
Gunnamatta Horse riding
Majority of the Golf courses on the Peninsula. .
This home has a no party policy and we request our guests respect that no loud music should be played at any time of the day or night. In the interests of our neighbours, we ask our guests to please move indoors by 11pm.
Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones.
Hens parties by application only. Please message through your plans and we will come back to you promptly.
Well behaved pet welcome but not on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.
