Nice and quiet area

The house was nice and the living spaces were comfortable. The master shower didn’t work so we all had to use one shower. That was not fun. I contacted the property managers via the app and phone call. They didn’t get my messages until too late on day 2 of our stay to get the issue fixed. So the customer service was lacking for sure. Won’t be staying here again.

Nice property! Enjoyed our stay!

We were visiting for a bridal shower and Master Follies at LCU and rented 2 duplexes. It was very convenient for everyone! The accommodations were comfortable, and the hosts were very responsive. Enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

New property with Excellent Customer Service!

This brand new property has all the necessary amenities for a weekend or week long stay. It is a short 5-10 min drive to Texas Tech Campus. It has convenient access to local shopping and grocery stores. The management staff was awesome to work with. We had an issue with another VRBO reservation for this weekend and they were so accommodating. We were able to reserve this an another of their properties two doors away, which made it easy for all our family to remain close. Shawna and her staff went above an beyond. My family and I cannot thank them enough for turning what was a stressful situation with the other property into a wonderful experience and family celebration!
