Welcome to our sanctuary of peace and relaxation. Whether you are escaping from the hustle and bustle of the city or looking for a quick getaway, our door is open! The Cottages at Cultus Lake have so much to offer. Our cozy and spotless cottage is the perfect family spot to unwind and create new family memories. The cottage offers a warm and welcoming environment with reclaimed wooden floors, lofted ceilings, and a beautiful stone fireplace. You can jump into one of the 2 pools at the Treehouse or enjoy the hot tubs after a day of outside activities. During the cooler times why not enjoy the fireplace with a cup of hot chocolate and book.

The large and comfortable primary bedroom provides privacy and luxurious comfort on the main floor with a full washroom.

The 65-acre recreational oasis is a short 90 minute drive from Vancouver or 45 minute drive from Abbotsford Airport. The picturesque location is surrounded by beautiful pine and cedar trees, allowing you and your family to soak in nature and breathe clean crisp air.

The Cottage
We can accommodate up to 7 guests in the 3 bedroom and 2 full bath home. The Cottage is a roomy 1,445 sq. ft to allow your family to spread out. We include coffee, tea, sugar and coffee maker for our guests. The kitchen has a dishwasher, table setting for 8, pot, pans, a bbq with propane.

We provide bath towels, face cloths and kitchen linens. Please bring your beach or pool towels as we request our linens do not leave the cottage. No pets.

The Lake and surrounding areas
We are a quick 1.5 minute drive to Maple Bay Beach area or a short 8 minute drive to the main area of the lake and famous Cultus Lake Waterslides and Adventure Park. The Teapot Hill Trail is a short drive from our cottage, the 4.8km out and back hike offers views of the lake and many teapots and cups placed along the way, be sure to bring a old tea pot to place along the trail. The Cultus Lake Golf course is a stunning 4000-yard, 18 hole executive coarse featuring fairways bordered with giant fir and cedar trees.

Excellent Family Getaway

The complex and amenities are fantasic. Joella is a great host, property is clean/well cared for, and everything you need for a family getaway not too far from home! We will be staying again!

Idyllic Cultus Lake

Idyllic house/cabin, located in close proximity to the lake and surrounding facilities. Plenty of room for four adults and two children. Great shared pool and hot tubs for adults and young children. Short drive to numerous hikes and everything that cultus lake has to offer.

Wonderful Family Getaway!

We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage with plenty of room for Grandparents, parents, and kids! The cottage was super clean, well organized, and stocked with everything you need. The landscaping, and grounds of Cultus Lake Cottages are beautiful, peaceful, quiet, clean, and safe! Wonderful to have the pools and Treehouse onsite and with a quick drive be at all the Cultus Lake activities.

SIMPLE LIVING at The Cottages at CL

The Cottages @ CL - Ravenwood Trail Thank you for allowing us to use your home via VRBO. It was a much needed retreat the family needed after a hectic and unpredictable couple of years dealing with Covid19 and everyday life. Your home offers so much warmth inside and out. Your home offers plenty of sunshine but when you need a cool shade, it has lots of that too in the large backyard patio as well as the front patio. My favourite place to read is in the rocking chair inside the living room whilst the ceiling fan is blowing a cool bleeze. The Treehouse is a bonus where one can swim, tan, lounge or sit in the shade to read and it’s like having your own private resort in your backyard. If you are planning to VRBO this home, pack lightly, bring your swimming trunks and plenty of sunscreen, bring the ingredients for meals you will prepare and cook for the family and leave the rest to Jo-Ella as she has it covered. If you want to make a gourmet family meals, just bring your ingredients and cook your heart out in the well stocked kitchen equipped with a gas stove. If you want to BBQ, there’s a huge BBQ set up in the backyard patio. If you want to have a bon fire, there’s a portable fireplace outside too. Thank you Jo-Ella for answering all our questions, accommodating all our requests and allowing us to experience this wonderful well thought out community called “The Cottages”. It’s simple living at it’s best. The Ventura’s PS Thank you for all the luxuries you put into this place: The BBW candles and pump soaps, paper towels, tissues and other toiletries.
