VALLEY VISTA is our spacious 4 BR, 3 BA, two story home nestled in the foothills of the San Tan Mountains. Legendary golf courses such as The Links and The Golf Club at Johnson Ranch with views of the San Tan Mountains as a backdrop are a short drive. San Tan Mountain Regional Park in Queen Creek is a 10,198-acre mountainous property with 9 non-motorized trails plus a short interpretive loop for all levels of trail users. Nature lovers may spot mammals, reptiles and birds that are common to the Sonoran Desert.
You won't want to miss Legacy Sports Park, a popular local attraction with 320 acres devoted to multi-use family sports and entertainment. Close to our home is a community park with playgrounds, basketball courts, sand volleyball pits, baseball and soccer fields for outdoor family fun and fitness. The home has 2 bikes for guests who want to tour the pristine community and beyond.
Nearby Queen Creek Marketplace and San Tan Village offer unique dining and retail experiences. Queen Creek Olive Mill and San Tan Flats are both well known for their award winning food. Our modern highway system makes it easy to visit Old Town Scottsdale, the Heard Museum in Phoenix, the Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch in Gilbert, baseball spring training sites, Tonto National Forest, Salt River, Tempe Town Lake and more.

VALLEY VISTA'S backyard is a private paradise with resort amenities. The pool with optional heat for a fee and separate spa allow year round splashes on sunny days. Barbeque your favorites on the gas grill and enjoy outdoor dining at its best poolside or on the covered patio. Choose one of many comfortable chaises and sip your adult beverage under the shade of a protective umbrella.
Our well appointed home has an open floor plan with a large great room that overlooks the backyard oasis. Within the great room is a cozy sitting area with comfortable seating in front of a large TV. The contemporary kitchen is well stocked to include both Keurig and drip coffee makers. The central island has counter height seating and there is a dining area with table seating. Generous windows allow supervision of the patio and pool and sliding doors facilitate easy transfer of food and beverages to the outdoor setting.
Adjacent to the entrance foyer and on the ground floor is a den with not one but two roll top desks and chairs. This secluded spot is perfect for remote work or computer tasks. A powder room off the great room is ideal for visitors or guests who are swimming in the pool or soaking in the hot tub.
~ SWEET SAN TAN DREAMS ~
The 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths are upstairs. The primary suite features a king bed, ceiling fan and en suite bath. Inside the primary bath is a separate shower, garden tub, dual vanity sinks, enclosed water closet and walk-in closet. A hair dryer and soap are stocked.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 have king beds, ceiling fans and TVs. Bedroom 4 has 2 twin over full bunk beds with top safety rails and ladders. These bedrooms share Bathroom 2 with a tub-shower combo. Also on the second floor is a furnished loft with a large TV and table for puzzles, board and card games.
A laundry room supplies everything you need to keep your wardrobe ready for the next adventure. Highchairs and Pack 'N Plays are available to rent. There is garage space for one vehicle and parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway.

The minimum age to rent is 28 years.
We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 10 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of ten (10).
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed four (4) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.
All AZ Vacation Home Rental properties have working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
All TVs are for streaming and not cable or satellite serviced.
The pool heating fee is $75.00 per night to heat the pool to 80Âș F. There is a 4 night minimum.
Spa heating only with no pool heating is $30.00 per night, October 1 through April 30. There is a 4 night minimum.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
